Other school districts in Milwaukee and Waukesha counties have followed suit.It's the most extreme cold since an Arctic blast in February 1996 brought a nine-day stretch of below-zero weather.The coldest wind chill in the state Monday was recorded in Wausau, where it hit minus 54.A wind chill warning from the National Weather Service is scheduled to remain in effect until noon Tuesday, and there are numerous closings due to the cold. Highs will reach near zero Tuesday, but wind chills remain minus 15 to minus 25. 據新華社電 粵澳合作橫琴發展澳門項目評審委員會昨日起舉行工作會議，迷你倉聽取項目介紹，對53個申請項目進行甄選。會議將持續3天。粵澳合作橫琴項目去年開始招標，澳門方面共收到89個投資橫琴的申請。經由特區政府成立的評估小組評估，遴選出53份申請。獲評審的項目涉及餐飲、旅遊休閒、物流商貿、科教研發、文化創意等產業，也有綜合研發項目。橫琴發展澳門項目評審委員會成員包括澳門貿易投資促進局主席張祖榮，來自特區經濟財政司、社會文化司、運輸工務司、特區經濟局等政府部門的代表，以及來自澳門中華總商會、澳門廠儲存倉聯合會、澳門銀行業公會、澳門大學等機構的代表。澳門特區經濟財政司司長譚伯源、廣東省橫琴新區管理委員會主任牛敬，以及來自中央人民政府駐澳門特區聯絡辦公室的代表列席了當天的會議。譚伯源表示，此次的評審標準不只是項目的投資規模，最重要的是能否帶動澳門中小企業進入橫琴，與橫琴共同發展，為澳門旅遊休閒產業提供更多空間。牛敬表示，目前粵澳合作產業園可供發展的土地為4.5平方公里，但53個項目的申請人所提出的發展用地已達到5.3平方公里。據瞭解，迄今為止，橫琴已有98家港澳企業進駐，其中澳門企業39家。迷你倉最平
