24小時迷你倉年底要去香港掃貨購藥的朋友要注意了，香港衛生署日前通報，衛生署近日突擊搜查旺角三間店鋪，檢獲共33款未經註冊的日本藥，產品包括標示為龍角散、太田胃散等胃藥、傷風感冒藥和止痛藥等，初步數據顯示，部分產品標示含有第I部毒藥如“布洛芬”、“雙氫可待因”、“新斯的明”。涉事藥可致腸胃出血、惡心等不良反應此次香港衛生署檢獲的產品包括眼藥水、胃藥、傷風感冒藥和止痛藥，都是以日文卷標標示，有關產品並非註冊藥劑製品或中成藥，標簽也無附有香港藥劑製品或中成藥註冊編號，初步調查發現，有關產品是從外地購入。初步資料顯示，其中部分產品標示含有“布洛芬”、“雙氫可待因”、“新斯的明”，部分標示含有中藥材成分。衛生署發言人說：“未經註冊藥劑製品及中成藥，其安全、效能及質量均未獲保證，因此可能對市民健康構成風險”。而不適當服用止痛藥，例如“布洛芬”，可引致腸胃出血，而使用含“雙氫可待因”及“新斯的明”的藥物可導致惡心及嘔吐。根據《藥劑業及毒藥條例》（第138章），所有藥劑製品均須向香港藥劑業及毒藥管理局註冊，方可合法于市面售賣。第I部毒藥則只可于註冊藥劑師監督下在藥房售賣。非法售賣或管有未經註冊藥劑製品及第I部毒藥均屬刑事罪行。龍角散、太田胃散淘寶熱賣 記者在網上搜尋發現，衛生署檢獲的藥物是網上常推薦的日貨，大多屬迷你倉旺角本代購。根據衛生署新聞網站提供的資料，記者發現不少購物網站有疑似產品在銷售。在淘寶首頁輸入“太田胃散”，總共搜到多達720條的銷售信息，按銷量來看，排名前三的商家月銷售量可達50件，售價在100到150元之間，淘寶上關於太田胃散也搜到560多條的銷售信息。消費者對產品好評不少，稱“海外代購性價比高”、“產品貨真價實，買到正品”。同樣的，在寰宇搜奇購購網和八鬥貓網購商城也存在銷售太田胃散的情況。未獲批的日本藥屬假藥記者查詢國家藥監總局官方網站資料庫瞭解到，目前，全國有159家企業取得《互聯網藥品交易服務資格證書》，其中能夠向消費者直接銷售藥品的網上藥店有101家，淘寶未在其列。國家食品藥品監督管理總局藥化監管司司長李國慶在參加“部委微博開放日”時曾表示，“淘寶沒有合法藥店，不允許銷售藥品”。廣東健客網CEO蘇展向記者介紹，在網上售藥必須取得互聯網藥品交易資格證書，這是要經過藥監部門審核後，取得這樣的證書以後，才能夠開售網站售賣藥店，對個人消費者的零售亦是如此。同時，根據我國法律規定，凡是未在中國進行臨床驗證和任何質量檢驗，未取得國家藥監局進口批准的藥品，進入中國市場銷售，均被視作假藥。這意味著，網絡上代購的日本藥品，未獲得國家藥監總局的進口批准文號，就屬假藥。南方日報記者 李劼實習生 王虹婷mini storage

It was the first entirely automated substation in Atlanta -- indeed, the entire South -- and was originally built to service streetcars. Today it serves 3,000 customers.Architect Isaac Moscovitz designed the substation to fit what was then an elegant residential neighborhood. The grounds were landscaped and the building is far more lovely than necessary to house a bunch of equipment.The substation was due to meet the wrecking ball in 1987, a demolition-happy era in Atlanta (only a little over a decade before had the Fox Theatre, another destination for tourists and locals alike, been spared). But the building made its way onto the Urban Design Commission's Inventory of Historic Properties, and demo plans were reined in. In a nifty bit of engineering Georgia Power had the substation partially taken down, then bricked up in back.Amusingly, it is now just about the only structure in that area that still looks like a residence. It's unique and sort of bizarre, like a batty aunt. It'll give your visitors something to talk about on their way home.Before they leave, though, run them by the Sweet Auburn Curb Market for a Grindhouse burger, a YumDiggity hot dog or a cookie from Sweet Auburn Bakery. And right by the door, stop for some pralines, popcorn or peanut brittle from Miss D's New Orleans Style Candy. Proprietress Dionne Gant was a visitor to Atlanta herself not so long ago. 行政長官梁振英昨日發表其任內第二份施政報告。「報告」沒有如過去般賦予一個具體的名字，只是在封面上以九幅年輕人在各行各業工作的照片，帶出「讓有需要的得到支援，讓年輕的各展所長，讓香港得以發揮」的主題，可說別出心裁，頗有新意。應該說，這是一份好的、真正的施政報告。「報告」沒有提出什麼石破天驚的規劃或願景，也沒有作出什麼美麗動人的承諾，「報告」只是在發展經濟、扶貧安老助弱、培育下一代、土地房屋與交通運輸、環保與保育、醫療、文康及市場、政制及行政八大範疇列出了大小逾一百項的新政策與措施，每一項內容都是具體細緻和可行的，包括財政上的負擔也已經考慮在內。對此，有人可能會批評， 「報告」沒有重點、缺乏前景，只是羅列出一大堆細碎的工作；但事實是，各階層市民對特首、對特區政府工作的期望和要求，不就是解決生活上困難和推動經濟繼續向前發展嗎？而「民生無小事」，經濟大計也要按部就班推行， 「報告」能夠「語不驚人」地提出百多項具體政策和措施，正正就是務實施政和不尚空言的表現，而且，政策和措施夠具體，日後落實得如何，市民可以監察、檢視，白紙黑字，不能「蒙混過關」。因此，梁振英的第二份施政報告能夠具體而微、緊貼社會脈搏和民意，的確顯示其施政已經站穩腳跟、進入軌道，而且思路清晰，方向正確。事實是，梁振英當日之所以能夠當選特首，以及其上任第一年在反對派百般圍攻辱罵之下仍能「頂得住」，靠的就是對社情民意的充分掌握和對民眾生活的真正關懷，包括堅決遏止內地「雙非」孕婦來港產子、發放高齡長者雙倍「生果金」、平抑樓價「雙辣招」、推出新界東北發展規劃，以及四出覓地興建公屋居屋等一系列惠及經濟民生的措施，都是得到市民支持和擁護的。過去一年來的成敗得失經驗，進一步鞏固了梁振英「穩中求變、務實為民」的基本施政理念，也形成了這第二份施政報告講實話、辦實事的基調，而其中不少問題和辦法，看得出不是坐在政府總部辦公大樓內可以憑空想像出來，而是長期深入社會和接觸基層民眾的結果，這樣的施政報告才能言之有物，這樣的施政也才能夠得到民眾的接納。當然，施政報告提出的大小逾百項政策和措施，要逐一予以落實，顯非易事，其中，一系列�墨最重的扶貧、安老、助弱、育幼措施，包括首次為在職貧窮家庭提供二千多元的生活津貼、長者醫療券倍增至每年二千元、長者二元乘車優惠擴大至「綠巴」，以及多項「關愛項目」由非恆常改為恆常，社會福利每年支出為此要增加二百億，財政負擔是不輕的；加上本港人口正日趨老年化，長遠而言，工作人口下降、納稅人口減少、社福人口增加，確是一個隱憂，正如「財爺」曾俊華所言，七千億盈餘不是「金山銀山」，一旦內外經濟環境發生重大變化，庫房「乾塘」的危機不是一定不會出現的。對此，梁振英在「報告」的結語中說了這麼一段話： 「只要七百萬香港人一齊保持積極向上的態度，共同努力，我們就可以有經濟力量，讓有需要的得到支援，讓年輕的各展所長，讓香港得以發揮，讓七百萬人有更美好的生活。」Leung is more confidentwith his administrationChief Executive Leung Chun-ying delivered his second PolicyAddress yesterday.倉 Unlike in the past, this Policy Address is not givena specific title. Rather, it just unveils over 100 newpolicies and measures, big or small, in eight categories: Economicdevelopment, Poverty alleviation, Care for the elderly and support forthe disadvantaged, Nurture the next generation, Land, housing andtransport, Environmental protection and conservation, Healthcare,Culture, leisure and municipal services, and Constitution andadministration. Each of them is concrete, detailed and practical,including taking into account the financial expenditure involved.Because of this, some people may criticise that the Policy Addressis unfocused and short of vision of the future but just enumerates apile of trivial works. In fact, however, aren't solving difficulties in lifeand promoting further economic development the very expectationand requirement of citizens from various sectors for the SARGovernment's administration? "Nothing is trivial when people'slivelihood is concerned" and an economic strategy must beimplemented step by step. The fact that the Policy Address couldpropose over 100 concrete policies and measures without "strikingwords" is exactly a demonstration of pragmatic administration withoutempty talks. Moreover, all the proposed policies and measures arevery concrete and their implementation can be by supervised andchecked by citizens. All is written in black and white, and thegovernment cannot bluff it out .Therefore, the fact that Leung's second Policy Address could beconcrete and detailed and closely in keeping with social pulse andpopular will really shows his administration has gained a firm footholdand entered its orbit. His ideas are clear and his direction correct. Infact, Leung could win out in the CE election and "stand up" underattacks by the opposition in the first year in office, what he relies is hisunderstanding of social circumstances and popular will and his caringfor people's living conditions. For this,government expenditure on social welfare will increase $20 billionannually. The financial burden is not light. Furthermore, HongKong's population is increasingly aging, so a major worry in the longrun is that while labour force decreases, the number of tax payers willalso decrease but the number of people living on social welfare willincrease. mini storage1月14日，北京市宣佈市屬公園內的私人會所和高檔娛樂場所一律關停後，“隱蔽”在一些公園內的這些高檔場所引起社會關注。昨日，在北京市第十四屆人民代表大會第二次會議舉行的新聞發佈會上，北京市園林綠化局副局長強健表示，目前對公園高檔餐飲及企業租用經營場所的情況正在摸排，是否是會所尚須甄別。這些場所都是出租公園原有的管理用房，租金最終用于公園的維護和管理。高檔餐館用房非新建“總體來說，目前還處在摸排階段。對於相關區縣和北京市公園管理中心上報的情況，市園林綠化局已經上報市相關部門，由市相關部門進行甄別。”強健表示，根據目前摸排的結果，這些出租給高檔餐飲和經營場所的用房，沒有新建的房屋，都是利用公園內原有的管理用房出租的。強健舉例：“如北海的乙十六，其原來所利用的房屋就是做餐飲的，過去叫御膳，後來向外出租。紫竹院的問月樓，過去也是一個餐館，後來改成問月樓”。一些餐館調價或停業強健介紹，對於這些餐飲和經營場所，哪些是會所，需要市里和住建部來認定。“現有的這些餐館，有些由於過去價位較高，普通百姓吃不起，現在要進行調整。比如問月樓等都在調整菜品，增加一些家常菜，把價格降下來。”強健說，有一些場所已經暫時停業，如乙十六。“有一些還在運營。運營的原因是前期還有一些百姓訂的婚宴，以及一些企業訂的年會。這些餐館會在把這些前期訂單清理完之後，根據市里的統一要求和安排，來決定是否開放還是轉作他用。”租金用于公園維護等強健強調，這些餐飲和場所佔用的公共資源實際上是出租，並不是無償佔用。“從目前摸排的情況看，沒有一家是無償提供給私人或企業來使用這些房屋。都是租給他們用的，租金回收來之後，實行‘收支兩條線’，實際上最終還是用于公園的維護和管理。”公園高檔餐廳探訪紫竹院公園問月樓：198元團購套餐包括5菜一湯此前，按照市政府要求，紫竹院公園拆除了影響景觀的2處圍欄和“遊人止步”、“禁止入內”等不當牌示。園內問月樓通過大幅調低收費標準、推出低價菜等服務周邊百姓。問月樓李經理表示，餐廳已進行了全面整改，“所有包房都取消了最低消費及服務費”，其中一個大包間將被改造成一間大的飲茶室。記者發現，問月樓最新推出的菜單上菜價大多集中在百元以內，最貴的一道魚菜售價288元，原先菜單上的鮑魚、魚翅已被取消。但飲茶室尚未開張。“茶具已在運輸途中，等材料到齊了，飲茶室就可正式推出。”昨天，李經理表示，飲茶室開張後，遊客可在此飲茶、喝咖啡等，同時問月樓將提供一些簡餐供self storage客食用，“這間茶室設為中低檔消費，預計人均消費五六十元左右”。另外，茶室內放有一張長約五米長桌，鋪有毛氈及筆墨紙硯，“遊客有興致時，也可以寫寫毛筆字，這也是免費的”。近期，問月樓在團購網站上推出了198元的雙人套餐，該套餐價值676元，包含黃燜黑山羊、松茸菌炒爽肉、清湯燉瑤柱等5菜一湯、一份水餃及水果拼盤。“已有33人購買，大概有10多人已來就餐，吃過的顧客，都反映不錯。”李經理說。北海公園乙十六御膳堂：大門上鎖 窗戶掛起厚窗簾日前，按市政府要求，北海公園的乙十六御膳堂已經停業整頓。昨天，在北海南岸九龍壁西側的“乙十六”，大門上還高懸著“御膳堂”匾額，大門外掛著一個黃色的棉門簾。兩名外國遊客想要挑簾進去，卻發現推不開大門。記者發現，大門被從裡面鎖上，敲門也無人應答。從兩扇門的縫隙能看到古香古色的漆器家具，再向里看則是漆黑一片。窗戶上都掛著厚厚的窗簾，透過窗簾縫隙，僅能看到佛像前的兩盞燈，大門外的迎賓台上貼著“停業調整”。大門西側，停著四輛電瓶車，其中兩輛分別在車前和車後寫著“御膳堂”。游園市民稱，電瓶車曾是接客人用的。紅領巾公園“乙十六”、健一公館：“健一”收服務費“乙十六”掛“海鮮節”健一公館官網顯示，其坐落于紅領巾公園的獨特位置，擁有16間/套中式頂級風格的包房。昨天下午，記者來到紅領巾公園西園。在公園門口，沒看到紅領巾公園標識，卻看到碩大的“健一公館”四個大字。有路人稱，不知道這裡是可以隨便進入遊玩的公園，還以為就是公館的地方。在一片幽靜的樹林中，除了數輛豪車駛過，並沒有看到遊人。轉過一個彎，健一公館的中式建築映入眼簾。記者進入大堂，一位自稱經理的女士帶著記者“選”包間，包間內古香古色，從裝潢到陳設都體現出中式風格。通過一個包間窗戶，可以看到一片類似球場的空曠草坪，翠綠而整齊。菜單中，一般素菜、涼菜四五十元，葷菜在百元左右，龍蝦等高檔菜則注明“時令價”。女經理表示，健一公館不收取包間費，也沒有最低消費，但是有一定比例的服務費。乙十六朝陽店也坐落在朝陽區紅領巾公園內。昨天下午，“乙十六”處於正常營業中，在大門口廣告牌上寫著“深海海鮮美食節”的字樣。本版採寫/新京報記者 馬力 李馨 饒沛 杜丁1月14日，紫竹院公園問月樓餐廳門上，貼著二維碼吸引顧客消費。新京報記者 浦峰 攝 昨天，北海公園內的“乙十六”仍在“停業調整”中。新京報記者 饒沛 攝 1月15日，紅領巾公園西南門處的乙十六會所門面。實習生 王飛 攝迷你倉
