URL:.chinanews.com.cn/fz/2013/10-04/5345054.shtml  據中國之聲《新聞晚高峰》報道,self storage提起導遊,似乎有很多標簽,比如說,辛苦;待遇差沒保障;狡詐吃回扣;等等。本月1日,新《旅遊法》落地實施,其中規定了必須和導遊簽訂勞動合同,支付基本工資及相應保險,這對過去沒有任何保障的導遊來說,是個巨大的變化。同時也是個好消息,但是,與此同時,新《旅遊法》也明令禁止了"零負團費"、"進店購物",導遊們的一筆重要的"收入"就這樣沒有了。  把藏在桌面下的錢放在了桌面上,遊客、旅行社、導遊,都明明白白這筆到底有多大重。剛才雲錦說的這個零付團費、進店購物這個比重,他收入的比重能占到多大?有導遊直接說,薪酬少了幾乎一半!有些導遊,甚至在黃金周都寧願在家閑著也不願出去帶團了。  在過去遊客但凡是在旅行社報名跟團游,少不了在旅行過程中被導遊拉去少則一兩個、多則七八個購物店。不少消費者不勝其煩。不過本月開始,新的《旅遊法》明令禁止導遊推薦購物。法規規定,旅行社組織、接待旅遊者不得指定具體購物場所,不得安排另行付費旅遊項目。消費者鼓掌叫好的同時,導遊卻樂不起來。原本定點購物是導遊薪資中占重頭,如今被砍掉,不少導遊都適應不過來。  從事導遊行業十餘年的張女士:如果要是按正常帶團,帶客人購物進店的話,收入8、9千塊錢至少還是有保障的,如果要是給我們補助的話,一個月幹滿30天也就5、6千塊錢,我覺得真的太少了。  由於新《旅遊法》實施沒幾天,對導遊來說,到底有多大的收入差距還不好估算。盡管從長遠來看,旅遊業"潛規則"被遏制固然是好事,但不少遊客發現,無論國內游還是出境游,從10月1日起團費都有所上漲。記者從一家知名旅行社瞭解到,過去蘇州南京深度游只需700元不到,如今卻漲到了830元。出境游方面更為誇張,比如新馬泰,以前5000元就能搞定的套mini storage,現在價格要翻倍。然而價格漲了,導遊和旅行社的利潤卻沒有增加。  導遊張女士:我現在走台灣,如果是帶購旅遊,8天環島3000多塊錢,如果要是全程不購物、不加點,正規按照商務船操作的話,一個人的團費要7、8千塊錢。3千多塊錢可能會有10個人去,漲到7、8千塊錢,可能就2、3個人會去。等於客源全都沒有了,我們十一月以後,現在連報價都沒出來,而且也沒有人再願意7千多塊錢去台灣了。原來3千多塊錢就可以走,影響非常大,我們現在也沒有團了。  [page title= subtitle=]  新《旅遊法》並非忽視對導遊薪酬和權益的保障。其中條文明確規定,為保障導遊的收入,旅行社必須與導遊依法訂立勞動合同,支付勞動報酬,繳納社會保險費用,全額嚮導遊支付導遊服務費用等,從源頭上保證了各類導遊都有固定的收入渠道。但導遊張女士卻感覺,這些規定實際操作起來存在困難:  張女士:我覺得給導遊開工資,這個意義不大,旅行社給我們上保險,導遊基本上是不固定旅行社、不坐班的。哪個旅行社會給一個閑人上保險、開工資對吧?我們不是固定在某一家社,哪個社有團,我們都可以帶,即便我們固定在一家旅行社,我們是有團就上,沒團就在家休息。如果你不坐班話,他怎麼給你還工資?我們如果忙起來的話,可能一個月不休息,閑下來的話,可能兩個月都沒有工作。這種工資真的不好算,所以我覺得給導遊開工資、上保險,可操縱的意義真的不大。  北京第二外國語學院法政學院院長楊富斌教授表示,新法規的完善需要一個過程,未來各地如能逐步統一導遊行業工資標準,導遊的生存狀況將得到改善。  楊富斌:是不是可以出台一個最低工資標準,有的地方過去是不僅不給工資,需要給旅行社反回來交東西、交錢。現在你讓旅行社反過來給他工資,給多少,旅行社一下子轉彎也難轉。肯定會有個很大的影響,但是具體會影響到什麼程度,還是需要通過調研慢慢捋順。(記者王楷)迷你倉

"We don't want to rush into it and not do it right," he said.Mr. Peduto said he envisions a circular route pattern using wider streets toward the edges of Downtown rather than having buses coming from four different directions and turning around in the middle of town."If you're doing that you can actually make it so that all destinations in Downtown would only be a few blocks away. You could actually get people closer to where they are going," he said.Mr. Fitzgerald acknowledged that some riders might have a longer walk to their destinations. "Bus service into Downtown Pittsburgh is not going to be a door-to-door operation. You may have to walk a couple of blocks. Downtown is very walkable," he said.A revised routing system would also seek to take advantage of the Light Rail Transit system, which is free Downtown, to move bus riders from the fringes to their destinations.Mr. Fitzgerald said Downtown building and business owners have been pushing for relocation of bus routes and stops for years to ease traffic congestion and eliminate crowding on sidewalks in front of their buildings. "It's not just the buses, it's the bus stops" that are perceived as a problem, he said.The proposal has broad support in the Downtown business community and is backed by the Pittsburgh Downtown Partnership and Allegheny Conference on Community Development, Mr. Fitzgerald said.Ken Zapinski, a senior vice president at the Allegheny Conference, said bus circulation Downtown "has been an issue of interest for the conference for 20 years.""This is the right time to find the most efficient and effective way to move bus traffic Downtown," he said. Carol、Anna、Hilary和Chanel四個女人各自用了四十八小時煲完近來熱爆的日劇,迷你倉最平只有Kat覺得煲劇是一般見識OL所做的事,所以拒絕跟隨。Friday night,大家聚在Kyoto Joe內。「真想趁黃金周飛大阪一轉,好好感受一下日本國內的金融文化。」Hilary嘆道。「國泰假期,想飛就飛。要不我的寶貝10月中測驗,我也想去日本玩玩。Hey,Carol和Chanel最沒限制,你們可以去吧。」「你忘了吧。我結婚時不就是因為廠佬而避走大阪一趟嗎。今年的block leave,我打算和廠佬去Melbourne探哥哥。Chanel你和Arsenal去吧。」Chanel瞄了她們一眼,似乎在抱怨她們忘記了她和Arsenal早前的冷戰。」我的層次不在遊一趟大阪,你們不覺得劇中所有金融從業員,都只有忠奸之分,沒有中間位的嗎?太不符現實。」「就是我沒看過,也覺得你不用太認真吧。只會發自己脾氣的港女,太沒出色了。Kat白了Chanel一眼。「H e y K a t,好日劇對白呀!最好不要糟蹋weekend的心情。」Carol擁�Chanel。「Kat 也說得對。在面對關係危機的時候,我可以做的,就是半澤一樣的頑固。」Chanel 灌了一整杯sake下肚。「你也說得太誇吧。人家A r s e n a l 的阿姨一年也回不到香港一趟。何況,有他的阿姨幫你在北京看�他,你在港看日劇也看得自在。」Hilary在揶揄Chanel。還是Anna老練:「不要老是釘�她了。大家認真點,我真的聽到某些行家在講一單問題貸款……」在轉場前的這兩個鐘,五個女人圍得緊緊地在一起,無人再聽到她們說什麼,只知道Anna一面嚴肅,而其他四個女人就一面緊張,而但凡有服務員過來,她們通通一是看手機,一是吃東西喝酒,當服務員走後。她們又再擁在一起竊竊細語。從他們的表情看來,可以肯定一件事 —— Anna口中那筆問題貸款,一定遠比《半澤直樹》內那5億日圓大得多。而她們在討論的是,那數間所謂的關係銀行,個別的處理手法。雖然各銀行都說話旦旦的什麼什麼機密 ,什麼什麼的商業秘密。但大家都似乎忘記了兒時學過的一句話。第一句謂「若要人不知……」特別是中環只是用了三條街和二十條行人天橋所組成的一個小墟,比我們強國的一條村還要小。更何況中環還有一個特色,就是「好事不出門,醜事傳……」。就Anna的資料所得。銀行A:採取集體責任制,換個說法,即儲存人需要負責,反正每年都已劃出某個百分比來做撥備。銀行B:信貸部主管要負絕大部分責任。因為作最後簽名的是當時得令的大紅人,大有機會做下任CEO,所以他的C V 絕對不能因為這一小項的問題貸款而被劃花。以上是董事局的top downmessage。所以到了到最後,惟有隨便找個有些少關連的人,草草了結此事。銀行C:實情有五成和半澤的劇情相似,而最大不同的地方是,這位融資兼客戶經理並不是一個有heart兼伺機十倍償還,以牙還牙,邪不能勝正的正人君子。相反,他是一個縮骨兼卸膊,只懂為自己在職場內取得最大利益的一名中環老油條。行內人給他最多的形容為:「嘩,呢條友好『賤』呀!」但以Anna和Carol的經驗看來,最後各銀行能收回的平均大約為三成。而整單問題貸款,在中環只會是犧牲了銀行B的Head of Credit。對整個中環的信貸運作而言,絕對沒有絲毫影響。因為在中環的聖經�面,大家口中所信的是基制,而不是人。而人就是錯誤的源頭,所以在商業社會�面的大小業務失誤報告中,出現得最多的兩個英文字為「human error」。 在半澤中比較和現實相近的,是角色的塑造——「scapegoat」。而半澤這隻scapegoat,就是令大家以為是夢想的東西能夠實現。即scapegoat也有為自己翻身的能力。可實現社會中,或者以中環這個小圈子為例,跟本就不會存在�一個有半澤性格的人。好簡單,以銀行B為例,決定選用信貸主管為scapegoat的,一定是經過一輪甄選而得的目標人物。此背景為年過五十五、本身的背景後面沒有任何有身份的親戚,在好幾間大外資做過,而所謂的大外資,即極保守的銀號,只跟policy做事,不用也不需要點用腦,打算做到六十歲退休。這樣的背景等同是弱點,即本身沒有為自己平反的能力。一眾女人看到他的前景為「死路一條」。而銀行C客戶經理的所謂賤,只不過是在技術性上將責任轉嫁給其他人或事,等自己漂白,變成清日之身。他有的只是謀。而不像半澤一樣英雄式的有勇有謀。這些現實中的銀行從業生存者,全都比半澤聰明一千倍。所以能使這些自以為是智慧女人有共鳴的,就只有大阪,而不會是半澤直樹這個人物。Chanel的takeaway —— 在中環的聖經�面,大家口中所信的是基制,而不是人。而人就是錯誤的源頭,所以在商業社會�面的大小業務失誤報告中,出現得最多的兩個英文字為「human error」。羅啟銳紀文怡譚 劍何靜瑩蘇 妃mini storage

約三百名太古汽水廠運輸部員工,儲存因不滿公司疑將送貨服務外判,昨早發起罷工,導致送貨車隊癱瘓,送貨服務要暫停,但資方否認有外判計劃,勞資雙方截至昨傍晚仍未達成共識,工會批評資方不肯讓步,安排約四十人通宵留守,今天繼續罷工行動,暫未知工潮,會否影響汽水派送。本報記者三百多名太古飲料員工,包括車長及跟車工人,昨早八時開始在沙田可樂廠房門外聚集,高舉標語及橫額,要求公司回應員工訴求,包括增聘人手及反對外判,並承認工會簽定勞資協議。  有工人表示,自兩、三個月前,沒有再接過較大客戶的送貨單儲存倉只是接獲散戶定單,推斷公司將服務外判,由於工人多勞多得,他們估計,每月收入因而減少約三分一,即減少約四、五千元。另有工人指,近期不斷加班,每日平均工時比之前長一至兩小時。  太古飲料職工總會主席陳慶龍指,考慮將行動升級,包括安排工人分批甚至通宵留守,今次罷工是爆發積累多年的怨氣,會等待公司回覆,再決定下一步行動。  不過,太古可口可樂香港公共事務及傳播經理陳婉芬強調,現時並沒有外判,只是將某部份工作轉由其他部份車輛負責,但不代表運輸部沒有其他工作,又相信罷工暫時不影響市面飲料供應。迷你倉最平

要觀看夜光巡遊表演,self storage不一定要去主題公園。一年一度「渣打藝趣嘉年華」,今年新增十組夜光藝術作品,穿梭銅鑼灣街頭巡遊匯演。現身嘉年華還有八座十二呎高的巨型木偶、真人小學生版《蒙羅麗莎的微笑》,以及其他二千一百件「再創作」的經典藝術作品。由六百五十名中小學生在本地藝術家及編舞者帶領,所創作的各種藝術品及表演,將於十一月十六日及十七日,一連兩天的「渣打藝趣嘉年華」期間,迷利倉維多利亞公園可看到。各種藝術表演及作品都帶給公眾不同視覺享受,當中搶眼的巨型木偶,各關節更可郁動,向觀眾打招呼。負責製作木偶的學生表示,整件作品由構思至完成,需時三個月,期間有兩位本地木偶大師協助啟發創作意念。而十組夜光巡遊作品則由英國藝術團隊及本地藝術工作者合作完成。大會表示,上年度的嘉年華氣氛濃厚,巡遊匯演時更吸引近十萬人觀眾參與,希望今年能保持良好歡樂氣氛。自存倉
