Olmsted County Human Services offers free app
Source: Post-Bulletin, Rochester, Minn.文件倉Nov. 07--Olmsted County's Human Services Department has launched a free smartphone app to help people navigate its services and easily find phone numbers and locations for those services.Called OC Find It!, the app can be downloaded from Google Play or the App Store for iPhones."They just download it and use it. It's really pretty straightforward from there," said Olmsted County Community Services Director Paul Fleissner.His department includes many divisions, such as veterans services, social services, victim services, community corrections, public assistance, adult and child protection and foster care. The app allows users to navigate the divisions either alphabetically or by taking a 12-question assessment."If you're not sure what service you need, you can take the assessment, and it will give you a list of suggested services," Fleissner said.Each page has a brief description of the service, an option to automatically dial the phone number of the division and another to map its location."There is a button that will take you to our website with more details about that service. And there's a survey to tell us what worked and what didn't work," Fleissner said.A colleague from Jefferson County in Colorado gave Fleissner the code for Jefferson County's app, and Olmsted County information technology personnel, essentially, rewrote it, said IT Director Jim Burke."It was nice having a start. We didn't have to completely reinvent the wheel. It definitely sa存倉ed us some time by virtue of them being gracious enough to share with us," Burke said.It took about nine months, at an in-house cost of about $12,000, for the IT team to create the app, with the main challenge being how to match the available services with the various combinations of answers to the 12-question assessment, Burke said."Jim has been a great partner on this, and I think we have a bit of a unique IT department that was willing to try something new like this," Fleissner said.Olmsted County is the only county in Minnesota to have an app for navigating its services, Fleissner said, adding that he has been talking with other counties about sharing the code so they can develop similar apps. He said it appears that Jefferson County was one of just two in the nation to have such apps.Fleissner and Burke said they hope to be able to expand the app, possibly establishing two-directional information sharing. Such a system would allow clients to accomplish tasks such as scheduling appointments or even submitting documents."Which would require a level of security. Right now, it is all public information available on our website about our services," Burke said.Fleissner said Human Services helps between 25,000 and 30,000 people annually. 九極生物的目標是複制無限極
——專訪公司總經理包遠韶證券時報記者 劉莎莎 龍大香2013年,self storage國內保健品市場將超2000億元,同比增長20%。未來的十年,被市場看作是保健品行業的“黃金十年”。市場快速增長的同時,國家也加快了直銷牌照的發放速度,這讓不少醫藥企業看到了快速布局2000億市場的機遇。10月28日,香雪制藥(300147)全資子公司九極生物獲得直銷經營許可。此後,九極生物將如何把握香雪制藥的產業鏈平台優勢,發展直銷業務?又將如何在傳統營銷模式與直銷模式的相互滲透之下,實現彼此的驅動發展?日前,證券時報記者走進九極生物,對話公司總經理包遠韶,瞭解公司未來直銷業務發展規劃。“將九極生物打造成‘第二個無限極’。”對此目標,包遠韶頗有信心。據介紹,無限極是香港李錦記集團旗下專門從事中草藥健康產品開發與銷售的獨資子公司,截至2012年底,其銷售額已達120億元。包遠韶告訴記者,“九極生物與無限極有著深厚的淵源,我們完全可以複制無限極的發展模式。當然,我們也意識到作為直銷企業,更應加強對人才的管理、制度和文化的建設,因為只有這樣才能走得更穩更長久”。直銷魅力無限直銷牌照何以成為“香餑餑”,受到如此追捧?面對千億市場蛋糕,直銷牌照的稀缺和高門檻,使其含金量貨真價實。甚至有企業不惜高價並購“有牌”企業,目的僅是為取得進入直銷藍海的一張“入場證”。2005年12月起實施的《直銷管理條例》中,對企業的資金實力進行了要求:“向商務部提交申請直銷執照的企業應繳納保證金2000萬元,註冊資金達8000萬元。”如此高門檻,已將不少企業擋在了“門外”。據瞭解,目前已獲直銷牌照的企業不過40余家。從整個保健品市場來看,以直銷模式實現的銷售額在不斷提升。以2012年為例,通過直銷方式銷售的保健品已占我國整個保健品市場的50%。目前,該比例仍呈現上升趨勢。去年,安利銷售額高達271億元,完美實現銷售額132億元,無限極達120億元。直銷模式區別于傳統營銷最大的區別在哪裡?包遠韶告訴記者,“二者最大的差別在於經營者與消費者的角色轉變。在直銷模式下,消費者同時也是經營者。消費團體的不斷擴大,意味著直銷企業的經營者倍增,帶來的收入也將是倍增的”。由此看來,直銷模式下的經營,有望實現胞裂式快速增長。“直銷僅是一種商業模式,能夠支撐公司實現可持續發展的,依然是有競爭力的拳頭產品。”包遠韶補充說。複制無限極說到九極生物的“出身”,包遠韶告訴記者:“九極生物與無限極可謂同淵同源,九極生物就是為‘直銷’而生。”據包遠韶介紹,當時,國家規定部隊不能在外辦企業,由無限極與中國解放軍第一軍醫大學(南方醫科大學的前身)合資的中資企業被迫解散。1997年,無限極的中方代表被迫撤出。時任無限極中國公司的廠長、銷售總監、財務總監、研究人員、電腦運算系統員等十幾個人,組建了九極生物的前身,其創始人便是當時無限極的中方代表趙小理。包遠韶告訴記者,兩家企業最初的產品,也同是中國解放軍第一軍醫大學的科研成果。可迷利倉說,從人員、產品到科研,再到經營理念,如出一轍。正因為九極生物與無限極之間深厚的淵源,這讓九極生物複制無限極成為可能。“保健食品經歷了幾代的演變,第一代為維C和鈣片等產品,第二代為功能調節型產品,第三代為功能因子性產品,九極生物的產品功效已經不只局限于前三代的定義,應該屬於新的一代,也就是對慢性病的康複有很大幫助的保健產品。我們就稱之為第四代。”包遠韶介紹說。包遠韶告訴記者,“抗衰老、抗氧化,弘揚傳統中藥保健養生文化。”這是九極生物走出的帶有“九極特色”,又融合了“香雪特色”的一條道路。由V客、服務星店、銷售P店組成的九極星店系統,更是為直銷模式所打造。“九極生物要做直銷行業中最懂傳統營銷,傳統營銷中最懂直銷的企業。”資料顯示,2006年無限極第一批獲得直銷牌照,截至2012年底銷售額已達120億元。成立于1999年的九極生物,2011年成為香雪制藥全資子公司。自2013年10月拿到直銷牌照之後,九極生物已作為香雪制藥的一個戰略板塊正式�動。“如果可以實現完全複制無限極,1/10就是13億,1/3就是50億元。接近無限極的規模,機會是必然的。在不犯錯的前提下,九極生物力爭做‘第二個無限極’。”包遠韶對九極生物的未來充滿信心。風控從人抓起在採訪過程中,記者注意到包遠韶似乎並不看重銷售數據。在他看來,單純追求銷售規模意義不大。他認為:“企業應該追求持續健康的長遠發展,創造更多的社會效益和經濟效益。成功案例的背後,也有許多失敗的案例,要想長遠發展,首先要不犯錯。”據瞭解,直銷行業一直以來毀譽參半,醫藥上市公司進行直銷行業,開展過程中如果操作不謹慎很容易損傷到上市公司的品牌美譽度。對於以前藥企直銷的失敗案例,包遠韶並沒有進行評價,但是他表示,“我們並非看重直銷領域的高增長而進入,在國家還沒有出台直銷管理法規之前,九極生物就成立了,當初就是為直銷而生,公司的架構、人員、經營模式、宣傳和內部配置,都是為直銷而準備的”。由於直銷模式具有經營人員可以無限地擴大的特點,擺在九極生物面前的同樣將是對人員的管理。“直銷企業的風險控制重點就是在人的管理上,對於人才的選拔,除了專業性,更注重選擇品性好的人才進入經營團隊。另外,公司的文化、信譽度以及制度設立,都成為考驗企業能否長遠發展的重要因素。”包遠韶說。當然,包遠韶坦言:“如何為既是消費者又是經營者的團隊,打造可以依賴的平台將是管理團隊應當考慮的問題。”據介紹,作為香雪制藥的全資子公司,九極生物可以獲得更多來自香雪制藥平台下的支持,包括品牌、資金、產品等方面。包遠韶說:“直銷模式下,最關鍵的一環是教育和培訓。除九極生物原有的研發平台,我們還可以借助香雪制藥分佈于國內、國外的研發平台及研發基地,作為九極教育體系下的‘支撐點’。”“傳統營銷模式的醫藥企業進入直銷業務,可以打通不同經營模式之間的鴻溝和隔閡。兩種模式之間,有著許多地方可以借鑒,並從中獲取‘養分’。”對於直銷業務的發展,包遠韶信心滿滿。迷你倉

AMD Hawaii 次強現身 Radeon R9 290

Janis Joplin gets star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame

"I can't say I didn't like it, though. Man, I loved it!"More than four decades after her untimely death at age 27, the Port Arthur native is to be honored today with a star on Hollywood's Walk of Fame -- an honor that would likely have thrilled Janis, who craved love, as she said in another letter home.It's long overdue, her friends, family and fans say."A lot of people were shocked she didn't have one yet," said her brother, Michael Joplin, in a cell phone interview en route to Los Angeles for the unveiling ceremony.But even that fact, that Joplin's star quality still holds sway so long after her death, speaks to her enduring legacy in the music world and the inevitability of earning her star.At today's ceremony on Hollywood Boulevard, singer Kris Kristofferson will sing an acoustic version of "Me and Bobby McGee," the song he wrote, Roger Miller debuted and Joplin immortalized. Her siblings Michael and Laura Joplin will speak, along with record producer Clive Davis.The blues rock legend, who got her start as a folk singer in Austin area dives and coffee houses and skyrocketed to fame after an electrifying appearance at the Monterey Pop Festival with her band Big Brother and the Holding Company, was found dead of a heroin overdose in a hotel room Oct. 4, 1970.Since then, various honors have accrued to her name, including induction into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and Port Arthur's own Museum of the Gulf Coast Music Hall of Fame, where Janis is the museum's primary draw, said curator Sarah Bellian.However, in death as in life, Janis' relationship with her hometown remains troubled."I think Port Arthur does have kind of an uncomfortable relationship with Janis Joplin," Bellian said. "As much as she's loved, she did kind of buck the grain. ... Some people still actively disapprove of her."But her fans, young and old, still come to see where she lived, grew up, went to school -- and fled from as soon as possible, running away for the first time at age 17.Sam Monroe, president of Lamar State College-Port Arthur, grew up with Janis from kindergarten onward and watched with a personal interest as her career took off.Monroe said he feels Janis would have reconciled with her hometown and her past if she had lived, noting her demeanor when she arrived in Port Arthur for her 10-year Thomas Jefferson High School reunion."I dealt with her as a celebrity, arranging a press conference and the evening event," he said. "If you ask her friends, they remember her laughing. If you ask the press, they remember her crying."In a 1968 interview with the Washington Post, she didn't pretend to be blase about the wild ride fame was taking her on."It's thrills," she said. "...This is exciting, and I want to do it until it isn't there any more. I could be very cool about it, but I don't want to know it's all bull. Maybe when I'm 45 I'll wake up and find out this was all wrong, but now's the time to be excited. I'm excited!"In a day and age when stars' looks and images are carefully tended, Janis cultivated a unique persona that was at once flamboyant (beads, feathers, psychedelic attire) and natural (no makeup and a wild, untamed mane). “超級網銀”免費大餐將結束 央行擬收費
深受網銀用戶歡迎的實時跨行轉賬、跨行賬戶查詢、資金歸集等功能依賴于“超級網銀”系統。而國內多家銀行的手機銀行轉賬都是免費進行,mini storage也歸功于這一系統不收費。但免費策略引起的業務激增不利於維護正常的支付服務市場秩序,造成系統面臨較大的業務處理壓力,並多次導致業務處理異常,出現大面積延時。 “超級網銀”的免費大餐或許很快就將結束了。記者昨天獲悉,央行已給各銀行下發了《支付結算司網上支付跨行清算系統業務收費方案(徵求意見稿)》,制定了初步收費方案。據悉,央行新一代支付系統誕生三年多來,廣受歡迎,業務繁忙,不勝重負,因此央行正在考慮對參與的銀行收費。但相關知情人士透露,意見稿並沒有明確具體收費方案。 “超級網銀” 日處理業務超223萬筆 網上支付跨行清算系統于2010年8月底建成運行,主要處理客戶通過在線方式發起的跨行支付(金額在5萬元以下)和賬戶信息查詢業務。上線初期,為鼓勵參與者充分利用這一系統辦理業務,央行對系統參與者實行免收費策略。雖然央行這一系統並不直接服務社會公�,但因為它把各家銀行的網銀聯通起來,又被人們俗稱為“超級網銀”。 目前,深受網銀用戶歡迎的實時跨行轉賬、跨行賬戶查詢、資金歸集等功能依賴于這一系統。而國內多家銀行的手機銀行轉賬都是免費進行,也歸功于這一系統不收費。來自央行的數據顯示,經過三年多的運行, 目前,共有130家商業銀行法人接入,基本覆蓋全國已開辦網上業務的商業銀行。2013年8月,系統日均處理業務223.37萬筆、304.79億元,同儲存增長176.27%、184.08%。 央行稱收費 是為了更合理利用 有業內人士向北青報記者透露,因為這一系統好用又免費,很多銀行甚至將大金額業務拆分成多筆小金額業務通過“超級網銀”處理以規避業務收費。就此,昨天,央行有關人士稱,“為引導參與者合理利用這一系統辦理業務,有必要向參與者收費。” 他介紹,免費策略引起的業務激增不利於維護正常的支付服務市場秩序,造成系統面臨較大的業務處理壓力,並多次導致業務處理異常,出現大面積延時。同時,由於發起每筆業務都需要對方銀行的系統配合處理方可完成,系統開銷較大,部分銀行辦理業務沒有積極性,甚至人為設置障礙,影響了客戶正常業務辦理。 徵求意見稿 未明確具體收費辦法 知情人士透露,央行此前已多次通過座談會方式徵求商業銀行意見。根據徵求意見稿,擬于2014年1月1日起向參與者收取費用;並擬規定央行開始收費後2個月內,目前免收費的商業銀行不得調整向客戶的收費標準。 北青報記者注意到,央行這次的意見稿並沒有具體明確的收費方案。 對此,昨天,有商業銀行專業人士告訴記者,超級網銀到底是只向參與的銀行按業務量的規模收取一個總費用,還是制定出每筆交易的價格,都沒有最後的定論。這意味著央行最終收費之後,銀行也不一定都會轉嫁給消費者。有些一向採取低收費策略的股份制商業銀行很可能自己承擔全部費用,繼續對客戶免費。但也肯定會有銀行出于成本考慮將費用轉嫁給普通客戶。如果各銀行對超級網銀收費標準不一,也會在市場上形成新的競爭局面。文/本報記者 程婕迷你倉

An effective spin doctor is needed
The ideal story for a newspaper is one that can be run day after day without a break — one that has new twists on a daily basis and yet has a constant underlying theme.self storage It draws the buying public in like a soap opera, alternately angering, amusing and in rare cases informing. It must be a simple tale that the public can understand immediately, hopefully with a big adversary and an underdog. Each day produces a few more snippets of news, a comment or press release, maybe even an emotional press conference. Each piece of news is small in itself, enough to keep the interest burning but not so big as to drown out the following day’s snippet. Better still, one party throws in comments that are obviously in conflict with its other statements — the press can then debate the inconsistencies endlessly. The underdog constantly nips at the other side, forcing more and more conflicting retorts. The final fuel to the fire for the readers is for one side to stop playing any more, maybe by saying that it is covered by some kind of “confidentiality” — a privilege unknown to the public who pay the bill. By now, a series of small fires caused by both sides dropping matches, any one of which could have been stamped out by a tap of the shoe, is now a raging conflagration. For two weeks, the worker bees of journalism in Hong Kong have had a field day, turning, dissecting, weighing, filtering, advising, complaining, pontificating and generally relishing in the government’s decision to issue not three TV licenses, but just two. The granting of licenses is a thing that governments do. It’s usually done in accordance with previously carefully declared policies and principles, with a transparency acceptable to the public. In many ways, the public doesn’t really care. The issue of TV licenses is not a contentious one. It does not really affect the mass of the population. It’s not public housing or traffic policy or taxation. It is not about health care services or treatment of the elderly. It is not even about illegal building extensions. It is a third-level non-issue. When the row became amusing, it provided a pyrotechnic levels of news material. Executive Council convener Lam Woon-kwong said running a TV station is not like running a cha chaan teng (tea shop), opening himself up to the hilarious rebuttal that one of the existing TV stations was already run like a dai pai dong (cooked food stall). In fact, the Michelin Star restaurants are already in place in the form of cable and satellite TV and the licenses are really raging over the economy class of TV broadcasting in Hong Kong. How this insignificant issue blew up into a major discussion has revealed the absence of the effective spin doctor in Hong Kong. A spin doctor is a person who is able to spin the news favorably in the direction of his client. The best spin doctors are those in politics, but they also work for large companies, especially potentially messy ones like industrial firms. In this sector, they are often called lobbyists or public relations officials but, in reality, they are a form of s迷你倉in doctor. So, a spin doctor for the government would firstly tell it to shut up and stop releasing daily defensive, conflicting and incendiary comments. So far, the government has said it is not a commercial decision and that it is a commercial decision; that the decision is final and that full explanations will follow. Now this small issue has turned into a fully-fledged Legislative Council debate, which is an enormous distraction from the normal course of government. A spin doctor will tell the whole truth nearly all the time. The truth is that these decisions within government are normally taken inside the department concerned based on transparent policy and ratified by the higher ranks. Any public servant will testify that the government really does want to make the right decision and to be seen making the right decision. That is the foundation of the spin doctor’s rebuttal. What went wrong here? It seems that this petty decision was probably accidentally made at the wrong level, too high up in government and without going through the usual checks lower down. This is embarrassing. The spin doctor will say the government now has to do two things — and immediately the debate will disappear. Firstly is to find a victim, an official to take the blame for the wrong decision and fire them through an internal transfer. Naturally, it is done seriously in public but behind closed doors the victim is entitled to compensation for their selfless act of falling on their sword. The path for forgiveness is always open for those who can be rehabilitated. Secondly is to declare Hong Kong a multi-media center. This will get people excited and positive towards the decision — get everyone on the same side. For a city as globally located as Hong Kong not to be a major center of global media is a poor showing and is due to the industry being obstructed by petty licensing rules left over from the colonial days. Bloomberg alone has a serious establishment here; the rest is local or operate out of small studios or a room and a camera. Give broadcasting licenses to anyone who can pay the fee and abide by the current standards of decency. Really, who cares if we have four, five or 10 TV stations. Let them fight it out and if necessary go bust. These are not public services like hospitals or bus companies — let the market handle the problems. Encourage global news organizations to set up headquarters, news hubs and studios in Hong Kong. Encourage the film and entertainment people to combine their skills to the industry. Hong Kong became a global wine center almost overnight when the government relaxed an outdated duty system. Why should we not become a media center? 本報駐美國、英國特派記者 溫 憲 孫 微編者的話:今天是中國一年一度的記者節,迷你倉中國記者職業狀態總體來說並不樂觀。相比之下,“傳媒大國”英美、東方近鄰韓日,以及新興國家印度等國媒體人的現狀又如何呢?在不同的歷史時間、不同的國家也有類似的“記者節”或“新聞節”。如蘇聯曾把《真理報》問世的5月5日定為新聞節,韓國“5月20日”記者節也有7年曆史了。在美國,每逢5月3日“世界新聞自由日”,都會有紀念為新聞事業喪生的媒體人的活動。但隨著社會變遷、技術更新,很多國家傳統的新聞行業卻陷入掙扎狀態,記者的社會地位也有所動搖。在韓國和印度,記者尚能保持些“光鮮”的形象;但在英國,僅有1/5的人認為記者值得信任;在美國和日本,記者人數大量減少……不論是哪個國家的媒體人都在思考,都要進行新的開拓和實踐。“當這個國家不在最佳狀態時,記者是�迪人們靈感的一群人。”說這話的是英國前首相丘吉爾,他在政界嶄露頭角之前曾做過隨軍記者。但現在,即使在擁有強大“媒體帝國”的英國和美國,“�迪人們靈感的這群人”也都面臨著種種挑戰:網絡和社交媒體的衝擊,收入和社會地位的雙重下降,每況愈下的社會信任度……“記者的社會地位一直都很低”、“新聞行業一直處於掙扎狀態”。英美媒體同行的這些論調都不是危言聳聽,關鍵的是媒體人如何找到新的出路。記者仍然是“提最難問題的家伙 ”若講英國媒體往日的社會影響力,不能不提英國上世紀80年代熱播的政治諷刺喜劇《是,首相》。�所周知,英國報紙按照格式分為大報與小報兩類,版式不同也暗含了內容的差異——大報關注嚴肅新聞,小報熱衷于丑聞和犯罪報道。《是,首相》中有一集曾對英國報界進行過一番調侃,劇中的“內閣成員”詹姆斯對英國媒體逐一點評說:“我對報紙的讀者一清二楚——《每日鏡報》的讀者是自認為治理國家的人,《衛報》的讀者是自認為應該治理國家的人,《泰晤士報》的讀者是真正治理國家的人,《每日郵報》的讀者是治理國家的人的太太們,《金融時報》的讀者是擁有這個國家的人,《晨星報》的讀者是想把國家交給別國治理的人,而《每日電訊報》的讀者認為國家正被別國治理。至於《太陽報》的讀者,他們不在乎誰治理國家,只要胸大就行。”“和二三十年前相比,英國熱門媒體和政界、商界的關係基本沒變!”英國外籍記者俱樂部董事克里斯托弗·懷爾德這樣告訴《環球時報》記者。懷爾德認為,記者仍然是那個提出難問題的家伙,並且執著于找出真相和答案。如果記者很負責任地工作,那麼媒體和政治、商業間的關係會很困難。懷爾德說:“至於地位?記者的社會地位一直都很低。”但他堅信,“負責任的記者就是榜樣”,記者應下決心盡可能文件倉確地報道並且判斷發生了什麼,“年輕人經常混淆的是信息和新聞,它們是不一樣的”。英美媒體人掙的相對都不多盡管西方同行認為自己的社會影響力依舊保持著不變,但英美等國媒體人的整體從業情況已發生變化。據皮尤公司的一項調查顯示,自2000年以來,美國報紙專業新聞工作者人數下降了30%,自1978年以來,美國報紙全職專業新聞工作者人數首次下降到4萬人以下。美國佐治亞大學對2012年美國新聞和大�傳媒專業畢業生市場調查顯示,新聞專業畢業生年度工資平均為3.2萬美元,較2011年的3.1萬美元略有上升。但據美國大學與就業協會統計,2012年美國所有畢業生年度工資平均為4.27萬美元,這一平均標準較新聞和大�傳媒畢業生高出1萬多美元。為貼補支出,近年來很多新聞和大�傳媒專業畢業生都在尋求自由撰稿人等差事。2012年,微軟公司的必應搜索曾對3000名英國人進行過一項“夢想職業”的調查,結果“記者”在“英國的十大夢想職業”中排名第九。在歐美等國,很少有人因為要掙大錢而進入新聞行業。根據英國全國記者聯盟的統計,英國記者年平均工資約為2.45萬英鎊,而且地方報紙和全國性報紙的記者收入差距很大。英國國家記者培訓理事會的一項最新調查顯示,從事新聞行業的英國人有94%是白人,65%的新媒體人來自或許還能承受低薪的“中產家庭”。但這讓很多普通人家的子女因考慮收入問題被迫放棄新聞行業。在英美等國,廣告支撐報道的商業模式時代一去不返。與此同時,收入減少引發的恐慌正在蠶食新聞行業的信心和信譽。最明顯的例子是《世界新聞報》2011年陷入的電話竊聽丑聞。英國民意調查機構Ipsos圍繞“職業信任度”進行的一項調查顯示,僅有21%的人認為記者值得信任,排名和銀行家一樣,只比受信任度最低的政治家(18%)多了3個百分點。數字時代,只有最好的傳統媒體才能生存倫敦的很多記者都在觀望,哪些主流報社會關掉印刷機轉向依靠數字媒體來生存。從大趨勢看,英美主流傳統媒體的前景似乎很悲觀。隨著媒體業務的萎縮,工作職位也在不斷縮減。但倫敦《都市生活》雜誌的記者帕特里克卻不這樣認為,他告訴《環球時報》記者:“社交媒體的興起意味著,只有最好的傳統媒體才能生存下來。”帕特里克說,新聞行業一直處於掙扎狀態,現在更是如此,未來的關鍵在於記者的適應能力,好新聞的重要性並沒有改變,但是做新聞的環境正在迅速改變。在歐美學者看來,媒體人只有儘快適應形勢的變化才能找到出路。倫敦城市大學的新聞系主任喬治·布羅克在其論述中提到,每當經濟、法律、技術和文化有所轉變,新聞業就會隨之發生變化。可以說,媒體人的重新開拓和實踐才是新聞業不斷發展的真理。▲存倉

易觀:Q3應用分發百度居第一 奪得40.6%份額
