[They] yelled pidirugi" -- Russian for "faggots", said S.R., now in his early 30s.His testimony, along with arguments from Villanova University law school students, helped the man win political asylum last month from a U.S. immigration judge in York, Pa.In doing so, S.R., as his lawyers have identified him, joined an emerging class of persecuted immigrants: Russian homosexuals.As many as 50 Russians facing deportation here have similar requests for asylum pending, S.R.'s advocates say. And that number could swell given their homeland's increasing antagonism toward gay, lesbian, bisexual, and transgender people.In June, the country passed a law barring gay pride events, speaking in defense of gay rights, or equating gay and heterosexual relationships. LGBT activists say the Russian law against "gay propaganda" has sparked waves of homophobic vigilantism that often are ignored by police.The U.S. State Department noted the changing climate in a travel advisory this fall."Violence against the LGBT community has increased sharply since the law was passed, including entrapment and torture of young gay men by neo-Nazi gangs," it said.S.R.'s story emerged in immigration court records provided to The Inquirer by law Professor Michele Pistone, who supervises Villanova's Clinic for Asylum, Refugee and Emigrant Services (CARES), a 15-year-old program that represents immigrant detainees in court.Fleeing to America last spring, the man went to Cuba, then Mexico, and used the compass on his smartphone to walk north across the Rio Grande into Texas on July 14.Arrested near the border, he was sent to immigration detention at York County Prison to face removal.That's where his case was entrusted to third-year Villanova law students Joseph Catuzzi and Michelle Majkut, members of the clinic. Igor Ponomarev, a second-year Villanova law student who was born in Russia, provided translation."Forced to deny his sexuality, beaten every time he expressed it . . . our client lived in a nation that is not just homophobic, but has public officials who tolerate violence against homosexuals," Catuzzi, 24, of Kinnelon, N.J., said this week.In his affidavit, S.R., a high school dropout who worked in various jobs, said he was 17 the first time he had intimate relations with a man, in 1999. How are we going to prove a man is gay when he's in a jail and we can't bring in his partners" to testify?The students decided to prove it inferentially. "Not married, no children," at his age, in his country, put him in a very small minority of the population, said Catuzzi.During the hearing to deport him last month, the government attorney for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement challenged S.R.'s credibility, focusing on alleged discrepancies in his testimony and prior statements.But the students got a hint that their case was going well when the judge -- whose name is also redacted in the paperwork -- said Gutman's report was sufficient and she did not need to testify.Moments later, he ruled from the bench: Asylum granted.The government waived its right to appeal.S.R. was free."We were successful because we prepared very thoroughly," said Catuzzi. "But after we won, we were not prepared to have him released to us that day."The prison was set to put S.R. on a bus to Harrisburg, but the students stepped up.With temperatures in the 30s, said Catuzzi, "we picked him up and he was standing there with nothing but prison flip-flops, shorts, and the shirt" he wore when he entered the United States.On the drive back to Villanova, Majkut and Catuzzi stopped at a Lancaster County store and bought him a winter coat, boots, and underwear.Villanova's Campus Ministry provided five days of room and board at the Villanova Conference Center so he could begin working on a resettlement plan. Source: Philadelphia Daily NewsDec.迷你倉 19--THIS ISN'T YOUR AVERAGE New Year's resolution.Come Jan. 1, the Philadelphia Police Department will implement a sweeping new interview policy that's aimed at protecting the rights of people who are questioned by detectives -- and eliminating instances of investigators being accused of coercing confessions from suspects.A separate initiative, to be rolled out at a later date, will require interrogations in the Homicide Unit to be video-recorded -- years after the practice became common in police departments across the country.The new policies, which critics say are long overdue, are the product of a lengthy collaboration among the department's top brass, the American Civil Liberties Union and the Pennsylvania Innocence Project."We're trying to put the department in a position where, whether we're talking about interrogations or any other aspects of an investigation, if there's a better way of doing things, then we ought to be doing it," Police Commissioner Charles Ramsey told the Daily News last week.Provisions in the new policy include requirements that detectives get a supervisor's approval to hold suspects for more than 12 hours, but refrain from holding them for more than 36 hours. Another provision is that investigators inform witnesses, victims and even potential suspects brought in for interviews that they may leave at any time.Physical violence, or threats to suspects of any kind, are strictly prohibited.Another portion of the policy, meanwhile, will change the way detectives present photo lineups to victims and potential witnesses.The goal, Ramsey said, is to make sure the right people end up behind bars.Some of the rules seem self-evident, but the department has lacked a clear, written directive on these matters for years, said Capt. Francis Healy, the department's lawyer.Ramsey assigned Healy to craft the new policy after members of the ACLU and the Innocence Project reached out to the department more than a year ago."They had some issues, some cases they were concerned about," he said. "Rather than dropping a lawsuit on us, they worked with us on this."Healy said he worked on at least 30 drafts of the policy, incorporating pointers from the ACLU and the Innocence Project, along with practices used by other big-city police departments.Black eyesYou don't have to dig deep to find the kinds of issues that troubled the ACLU and the Innocence Project.Last month, the Daily News reported on several homicide cases that came unglued in court.One involved a local man named Nafis Pinkney, charged in 2009 with committing two slayings in Cobbs Creek. He claimed that detectives Ohmarr Jenkins and James Pitts slapped him around until he signed a confession.Pinkney was found not guilty in October.Unique Drayton, meanwhile, was charged in the killing of her roommate in Overbrook in 2009, but the case was later dropped after a Common Pleas judge suppressed the confession that Drayton gave to the same two detectives, because she had been held in police custody for 41 hours."Philadelphia has always been one of the trouble spots for interrogation," said Richard Leo, a professor of law at the University of San Francisco and expert on confessions and interrogations."I interviewed Unique Drayton. She described horrible things -- being made to sleep on the floor, not being fed, being screamed at and locked in handcuffs," he said."It's a horrible allegation to have in 2012 or 2013," he continued. "That sort of physical and psychological coercion passed in the 1930s and '40s in most other places."Video recordings of interrogations could be an easy way to cut down on instances of detectives being accused of coercing confessions.Ramsey said the department finally has enough funding to start recording interrogations in the Homicide Unit. Ultimately, he wants the practice to spread to every detective division in the city.The commissioner implemented the practice in Washington, D.C., when he was the police chief there."Initially, it was on the controversial side, but detectives embraced it after a while," Ramsey said. "If I've got you on the tape right there, it nullifies any allegations that come up a year or two down the road."Leo said hundreds of police departments across the country rely on recording interrogations, andself storageat least 17 states require the practice by law.One veteran Philly detective, who didn't want to be named, said he welcomed the use of video recording. "It'll show people exactly how [suspects] are in the room with us. They're cunning," he said. "They act a certain way with us, and then try to play the victim role when they get on the witness stand."Healy said the department is working with the District Attorney's Office to iron out the specifics of what the video-recording policy will entail.A better approachMarissa Boyers Bluestine, the legal director for the Pennsylvania Innocence Project, said she requested a meeting with Ramsey about two years ago to talk about eyewitness identifications and photo lineups.A growing body of research had shown that inaccurate identifications were much more likely to happen when witnesses were shown multiple photos of potential suspects at once."It's not supposed to be multiple choice. If a witness is saying, 'It could be No. 2, it could be No. 4,' well, that's not recognition," Bluestine said.Her hope was that the Police Department would consider switching to individual photo presentations, with an important caveat: The photos could be shown only by a detective who wasn't working the case, and the witness had to be told that the culprit might not be in the mix so the witness wouldn't be inadvertently swayed.Ramsey invited the Innocence Project to put together a seminar for the department's commanding officers on the need for "blind" sequential photo lineups. The response, Bluestine said, was overwhelmingly positive."This is the largest police department in the country to voluntarily take this on," she said. "It's a credit to the commissioner, and how open he is to talk about reforms."'Part of the job'Several investigators who spoke with the Daily News said they were on board with the change to the photo presentations.They were worried, however, about the portion of the new interview and interrogation policy that emphasizes reminding witnesses, victims and potential suspects who are brought in for questioning that they're free to leave at any time."We have a hard enough time as it is getting people to come in and talk to us," said one investigator, who didn't want his name used. "If we start off by saying, 'By the way, there's the door,' people are going to take off."Said another police source, who asked that his identity be withheld: "The people who made this directive have never been in a room with a murderer or a rapist. They don't come knocking on our door to confess. You have to talk them into it, and that takes time."Donald Tibbs, an associate law professor at Drexel University, said average citizens aren't aware they can discontinue an interview -- especially if it's being conducted at a police station."Most people don't feel comfortable enough to get up and leave," Tibbs said. "They presume they're not able to do so, even if they're not under arrest."Another point of concern for detectives: a provision stressing that victims and witnesses can refuse to be taken from crime scenes to detective divisions to be questioned. The cop who encountered the person would instead need only to make a note of the encounter in his records."You have to get to people when the crime is still shocking to them, when they're still angry and upset," said another detective. "If a cop says, 'Oh, you don't have to come in, just sign the bottom of this [report],' then we'll have nothing to work with. The clearance rates are going to start to drop across the department."But Jerry Ratcliffe, chairman of Temple University's Department of Criminal Justice, said police in the United Kingdom have maintained high homicide clearance rates despite similar restricted access to victims, witnesses and suspects."In England and Wales, the police are not able to detain witnesses at all. There are very strict limits on the length of time that you can hold a suspect and interview them," he said."When something becomes new, everybody complains about it," said Ratcliffe, a former London police officer. 信息來源於四川新聞網 / Cited from .newssc.org/老成都的居民都知道，迷你倉將軍澳九眼橋一環路東五段8號有一座著名的爛尾樓———“龍舟大廈”。1994年，龍舟大廈開建時曾是成都少數高層建築之一，後因資金不足而擱置，然後又不斷受到債務糾紛等影響，幾度停工、復工。成都商報記者近日發現，龍舟大廈已經全新變身天府國際，重新恢複了生機。成都商報記者在現場看到，廈門國貿集團旗下的成都�潤投資有限公司上月剛搬進寫字樓里辦公，台北純客KTV上周開始試營業，大連銀行已經開門迎客……記者在採訪中還瞭解到，天府國際今年10月已經�動了全球招租，下個月實景寫字樓樣板間也將開放，這一系列的舉動宣告了停工多年的爛尾樓項目已不復存在。前世/從龍舟大廈到天府國際 爛尾樓20年三易其主上世紀90年代龍舟大廈成標誌性爛尾樓1994年，天府國際的“前身”龍舟大廈開始動工，不久之後因開發商資金不足而停工，這一停就是8年。市民張先生家在九眼橋附近，親眼看著龍舟大廈從開工到停工。“印象中這棟樓修了好多年都沒修好，又在一環路上，老遠就能看到，都成標誌性的爛尾樓了”。據瞭解，龍舟大廈開建時曾是成都少數高層建築之一，後因資金不足而擱置，然後又不斷受到債務糾紛等影響，幾度停工、復工。2009年變身天府國際開始復工2002年8月，成都鑫五環實業投資有限公司以5800萬元將龍舟大廈收入囊中。當時準備把龍舟大廈打造成商場、住宅和商舖。這樣的規劃現在非常流行，但當時顯得有些超前，而高達1.432億元的投資也成了巨大障礙。沒過多久，該計劃擱淺。2008年8月，成都中盛實業發展公司接手龍舟大廈並更名為“天府國際”，2009年開始復工。2013年甲級寫字樓全球招商2009年3月，成都中盛實業發展有限公司將“天府國際”項目交給全資子公司成都展旗置業有限公司。當年4月，幾度易手的龍舟大廈，在成都展旗置業有限公司接手後正式復工建設，投資金額為1億多元，建設規模為57452.4平方米。2013年，重生後的天府國際定位甲級寫字樓，開始全球招商。而其土地使用年限也由2009年重新開始計算，是50年商業地產產權。轉折/走訪國內外反複改方案 犧牲一樓商舖保證車位從一個停工十多年的爛尾樓到一個准甲級寫字樓，展旗做了很多改造，因為1994年的大樓設計已經顯得過時，更不符合甲級寫字樓的硬件標準，電梯需要升級，水電系統需要改造，過道需要拓寬，停車場需要擴容……層高是所有爛尾樓的硬傷，因為花再多的錢也沒有辦法再抬高1厘米。而天府國際層高3.6米，剛剛符合《成都市商務寫字樓等級劃分》對甲級寫字樓的要求。記者找到了成都中盛實業發展有限公司董事長鄭紅，她表示，對龍舟大廈的改造非常不容易，準備將其打造成甲級寫字樓，並且在原來的19層規劃上又加了4層。由於原大廈設計于上世紀90年代初期，很多基礎數據已無從考證，大廈在建造、功能、配套等方面難以適應現今寫字樓的需求。“資料數據的缺失讓初期的工作進展緩慢，其間很長一段時間都是在對項目進行重新勘察和測算，給工作帶來了巨大的挑戰。”鄭紅說。在剛接手項目時，開發商曾就“拆了重建，還是在原有基礎上改造”進行過激烈的討論和考量。拆了重建雖然比改建簡單得多，但是要考慮開發成本和很多歷史遺留問題，很難與過去做到“一刀切”；如果改建則不能動大樓主體，只能對其進行有限的修改，而且既要考慮規避老規劃的不足之處，又要讓項目在面世後能適應今天甚至未來的市場需求。因此在做大廈的整體定位時，方案經過了無數次討論和修改，開發、設計、工程團隊走訪了國內外很多城市，對建築外觀、功能配套、智能控制、裝修裝飾、管理經驗都做了反複地學習、推敲和論證。成都中盛實業發展有限公司負責工程的副總胡偉舉例說：“光是車位的改造方案，我們前後就修改了20多次。原來只在主樓的負一層設計了50多個車位，我們最後不惜犧牲了一樓商舖的部分面積，來保證車位，迷你倉尖沙咀在我們有258個車位，還配備了智能取車系統。”在電梯配置方面，改造後的天府國際也進行了改造和增加，雖然天府國際的寫字樓僅3萬平方米左右，但電梯配置高達8部，單梯服務面積為3000平方米/部，符合市場上5000平方米/部的甲級寫字樓標準。今生/毗鄰香格里拉 一環上的現房甲級寫字樓終獲重生鄭紅還向記者介紹，天府國際從今年10月已經開始全球招租，並已經銷售了一層給廈門國貿集團。“天府國際的定位，從開始就走高端的單一業權模式和大業權路線，我們更看重長期長遠的生存發展。我們對入駐企業的要求較高，主要考慮吸納國內外有實力的知名企業入駐，無論其購買還是租賃，我們都會考量其綜合實力。”鄭紅說。成都�潤投資有限公司的相關負責人則向記者介紹說：“我們購買的整層有1800多平方米。我們選擇天府國際，是因為這裡區位好、交通方便，商圈的各種配套成熟，商務氛圍也很濃厚。最關鍵是項目可售部分很少，這既能滿足我們購買寫字樓的需求，又能享受單一業權的品質，這在寫字樓項目中比較難找。”仲量聯行綜合物業銷售部副董事鄭理峰告訴記者：“九眼橋片區一直是香格里拉擔當高端商務領頭羊，區域內缺乏其他高端商務項目共同打造商務氛圍。而由於交通方便，昭示性比較強，這個區域一直都有對高端寫字樓的需求。現在打造完畢的天府國際，正好可以滿足客戶的需求。據我們瞭解，天府國際雖然是由爛尾樓改造而成，但改造得很成功，硬件條件和軟件條件，都達到了高端甲級寫字樓的標準。而且目前天府國際已經是現房實景呈現，銷售起來也不用擔心。開發商目前還在引進高端商務酒店和商務餐廳，讓該物業的配套更加完善。對於天府國際的未來，我們比較看好，預計該寫字樓的租金將達到100元/平方米以上，裙樓底商的租金將達到400元/平方米以上。”對於龍舟大廈的華麗變身，高力國際成都分公司總經理蔡孟頤表示：“我對這個物業具體的情況不太瞭解，但它所在的位置很好，交通條件也很便利。對於爛尾樓來說，十幾年前的設計應該不能滿足現在的商務需求，但這個項目經過了大量改造，應該沒問題。而且這個項目有個優勢是過去沒有銷售過，一直是單一業權，也就避免了很多糾紛。”成都商報記者 杜娟天府國際檔案原名：龍舟大廈地址：一環路東五段與濱江東路交匯處物業形態：甲級寫字樓總建築面積：5.75萬平方米，其中裙樓6層為商業，寫字樓2萬余平方米最新狀況：目前正全球招商，租售同步但以租賃招商為主。成都展旗置業公司自持絕大部分業權，僅少部分寫字樓業權進行出售，且銷售模式為整層起售。目前已有廈門國貿、大連銀行等國內知名企業入駐。盤點·成都重生的爛尾樓此前，成都市建委曾表示，成都市過去10年盤活了70座爛尾樓。預計到2014年，成都將不再有爛尾樓。這些年來，成都處置爛尾樓大致分為寫字樓、住宅、酒店，比較成功的有威斯頓聯邦大廈、力寶大廈、中鐵名人酒店，這些項目有些已經成為一個區域的地標建築。威斯頓聯邦大廈2001年被怡和集團花1.28億元買下的美領大廈，現以威斯頓聯邦大廈的身份屹立在城南，成為成都頂級寫字樓。華敏翰尊國際約165米高的王府井大廈因資金不足等原因于1994年停工，2005年拍賣給了台灣地區房地產商———華敏，投資商則是馬來西亞投資商———明鵬。現名為“華敏翰尊國際”，一度為成都最高寫字樓。城市之心位於天府廣場旁的城市之心曾因各種原因停工，重新開工後瞄準頂級寫字樓市場，是成都爛尾樓“死而複生”的典範之作，當時最高價達到16000元/平方米。力寶大廈原名同源大廈，計劃1997年7月1日前竣工，由於資金問題在即將“收尾”時陷入困局。後由印尼力寶集團拿下，更名為力寶大廈，成為科華路上少見的高檔寫字樓。中匯廣場曾號稱成都最大的爛尾樓，停工8年後找到接盤者，香港瑞安集團以4億多元競得此項目，定位為集寫字樓、酒店和商場于一體的綜合性商用物業，建成後改名為中匯廣場，目前與平安財富中心成為成都知名的雙子樓。mini storage

剛剛落下帷幕的雙十二促銷日，mini storage以淘寶為代表的電商行業取得了傲人的成績，攜程、淘寶旅行、芒果網等旅遊電商的促銷專場，�多“壓軸好貨”也被消費者搶購一空。沒搶到好貨的遊客也不必著急，部分旅遊電商表示，雙十二僅僅只是年終大促的開始。持續讓利造超長旅遊節和雙十一一樣，雙十二也成為了各個電商爭搶“年終分紅”的又一大好時機。據統計，“雙12”當天，攜程網站與手機端的瀏覽量超過1億，峰值在線搶購人數超過百萬，團購產品訂單量較平日翻番……此外，芒果、淘寶旅行雙十二當天也都推出了大規模促銷活動，“旅遊產品1.2元起”“酒店12元秒殺”等，讓利幅度達到新高。各大旅遊電商在雙十二價格戰中各出奇招，價格戰與“造節”促銷已成在線旅遊競爭常態。不過，據記者瞭解，不少消費者抱怨不少商家“雙12”當天活動噱頭多，引起了網購族消費疲勞，並未讓消費者真正獲得實惠。對此，攜程相關負責人表示，“雙12”當天的促銷只是攜程旅行網年終促銷的一個開始，攜程投入5億進行全方位的促銷，讓更多消費者在“雙12”之後依然能獲得各種實惠。隨著“雙12”的結束，攜程旅遊還有9大專場活動將持續一個月，包括國內游、海外游、門票、短途、自由行等，總數量超過萬條，單迷你倉產品最大立減幅度達到4000元。去哪兒網度假產品總監高興告訴記者，消費者在“去哪兒過大年”活動正式開始後每天都能享受特價，包括1元機票、1元酒店、1元門票在內的多種旅遊產品，在超過1個月的秒殺時間段中，每天分批次輪番上陣。雙十二之後，淘寶旅行便�動了覆蓋聖誕、元旦的“雙蛋狂歡”活動，精選周邊游、酒店、客棧持續給遊客送去實惠，芒果網更是推出了“雙十二返場天天特價”，5000萬讓利直抵遊客的“海淘實惠”訴求。攜程領銜“高保障”促銷業內人士透露，在線旅遊促銷火熱起來後，一些旅遊產品以無實際意義的“市場價”為依據體現降價，在優惠方面進行使用條件限制，一些預售產品在後期出現“房間、機票緊張未能預訂”等也都大大降低了消費者對網購旅遊的信任。對此，攜程旅行網日前公佈了旅遊雙12三大服務保障：價格保障、產品資源保障、售後服務保障，特別是堅持原價打折立減，反對先抬價再降價和不實的“市場價”，開創健康良性促銷模式。攜程旅行網高級副總裁湯瀾表示，從表面上看，這場促銷打的是價格戰，而實際上，在背後包含著更多的工作，比如客戶端的提升、服務的提升、技術的提升，所以實際上在價格戰背後，還有很多技術戰、服務戰、品牌戰。晨報記者 夏丹丹文件倉

（雪蘭莪 沙亞南18日訊）為深化我國與日本的貿易合作、推廣第二波的“向東學習政策”，迷你倉西貢以及提高日本的外資，日本政府歡迎本地商家透過日本貿易振興機構（JETRO）進行商業配對，把本地的生意帶入日本發展。日本貿易振興機構（吉隆坡）董事經理池下?治指出，日本?馬來西亞的雙邊關係建基於向東學習政策，第二波則主要達到“雙贏”局面，讓兩國能互惠互利。星洲唯一受邀中文媒體他說，馬來西亞與日本能深化合作的領域，包括旅遊業、旅遊醫藥、教育、清真食品、綠色工業、農業、服務業及研究和發展。他在沙亞南青波大酒店內的Agehan日本餐廳接受媒體聯訪時，發表上述談話；星洲日報是唯一受邀的中文媒體。“很多人只想到，要把生意帶入日本市場是非常艱難的事情，他們沒有想到日本貿易振興機構可以作為?推手’。”他說，為了振興日本的經濟，日本政府歡迎日本貿易振興機構，把外國公司帶入日本，增加外國到日本的投資額。池下?治表示：“日本吸引的外國直接投資（FDI）只占國內生產總值（GDP）的3.7%，比起英國的50%或大馬的43.6%低很多”。因此，他說，日本政府現在極力要提高外資數字，因為該國需要更多的投資來振興經濟。助逾萬外國公司商業配對池下?治表示，該機構過去曾協助約1萬間外國公司做商業配對，有超過1千家的公司，已在日本投資設廠；馬來西亞約有50家公司，也有9家已在日本開拓市場，包括我國的廉價航空公司。簽證取消馬旅客增30%“日本的生活水準，不再如以前般高，現在甚至可能比新加坡或香港還低，所以，在日本做生意，無疑也節省了成本開銷。”他說，在旅遊業迷你倉將軍澳，自從大馬和日本的簽證取消後，到日本旅遊的大馬旅客已增加了30%，況且，大馬人在日本逗留都會超過1個星期，在日本的消費自然有助提昇當地經濟。“日本政府則對大馬的醫藥旅遊領域非常感興趣，尤其這領域使到大馬吸引到此接受治療的旅客，從短短的5年內提昇了10倍，在2012年達到67萬人次。”日本水果將引入大馬談到農業領域的合作，池下?治希望能透過一些展銷會，把一些不曾帶入大馬市場的日本水果，包括草莓、蘋果、梨子、柿子等，讓大馬人能享用這些非常甜美的水果。“我相信，很多人都沒吃過日本的草莓和柿子，尤其日本柿子是非常甜的水果。”他說，日本人非常長壽，所以，在一些服務領域，以及醫藥和保健領域，該國都開發得比他國快。“馬來西亞的人也是越來越長壽，或許大馬人能與日本在一些醫藥和保健，甚至特別關懷服務的領域合作，作為步入長壽國的準備。”池下?治表示，日本為環境保護作出努力，盡可能在一些工業領域，與大馬合作，一起減低廢氣排放。他透露，日本政府對我國清真食品市場感興趣，並希望與我國政府加強這方面合作，與日本多開發清真食品市場，並將大馬作為出口清真食品的中心，將產品出口至阿拉伯國家。知多一點JETRO促進日本與他國貿易投資日本貿易振興機構（JETRO）屬於日本政府的官方組織，其工作是促進日本與世界其他地方之間的貿易往來及投資。於1958年成立的日本貿易振興機構，創建之原意在於向海外推廣日本的出口產品；而隨著21世紀來臨，其角色已相應轉變，現今致力促使外國投資者直接將資金投放日本，並協助日本的中小型企業儘量擴展其出口至世界各地。;迷你倉尖沙咀

不久前，自存倉筆者在《沒有GPS的智能手機》一文中指Xperia C手機並沒有內置GPS晶片，因而沒有�星定位功能。經查證後發現該手機原來擁有GPS功能，只是筆者誤讀官方的規格表而引起誤會，並作出不實描述，特此澄清及謹此致歉。事緣筆者在網上讀到某台灣網站的報道，指該手機並沒有內置GPS晶片。於是我到官方網站下載其規格表查證，我下載的文件包括White Paper EN C2305（Xperia C）、White Paper EN C6602（Xperia Z）及White paper EN LT25i（Xperia V）等多份官方文件。在Positioning（定位）一欄，Xperia C的文件只寫支援OMA Secure User Plane Location（SUPL）及3GPP Control Plane Loca迷你倉ion。這兩個標準分別是開放行動通訊聯盟（即OMA）和第三代合作夥伴計劃（3GPP）的流動通訊網絡定位標準，以基站訊號定位，並不是GPS�星定位。相反，其餘兩份手機的官方文件，在定位一欄寫明，除了支援上述的OMA和3GPP兩個標準外，同時支援GPS和GLONASS�星系統。GPS是美國的全球�星定位系統，而GLONASS則是俄羅斯所開發的�星定位系統。我以為官方規格表的資料一定正確，因而以為Xperia C並沒有GPS功能。事實上，我只看規格表，卻沒有親身試用及再三查證，因而誤以為該手機沒有GPS�星導航功能，是筆者的疏忽，謹此向有關方面致歉。據Sony表示，Xperia C現為香港市場上頭5位熱賣之Android智能手機，可見該手機深受消費者歡迎。電郵：ray@openrice.com鍾偉民（Ray）?飲食網站創辦人mini storage
