Just ask Jeff Duford or Ron Kaplan.Duford is the curator at the National Museum of the United States Air Force. Kaplan, formerly the director of the Aviation Hall of Fame, is founder and director of the Reel Stuff Aviation Film Festivals. When the new Disney film, "Planes" hits theaters on Friday, you'll see both the Air Force Museum and Kaplan listed in the credits.The new 3-D comedy, an aviation version of "Cars," is the story of a single-prop plane named Dusty Crophopper -- voiced by Dane Cook -- who dreams of being the fastest air racer in the world. He's afraid of heights but gets help from a seasoned naval aviator."The director, Klay Hall, and his creative team of writers and art directors started their rigorous research in Dayton in July of 2009," says Kaplan who spent time with the Disney group in Dayton, then later at the Reno Air Races of 2009-11. Kaplan also helped provide access to pilots and planes at an air show in Southern California in 2010. He was invited to screen the nearly-completed film at a press event for aviation writers on June 6 at DisneyToon Studios in Glendale, Calif., and is currently in Oshkosh, Wisc., for the advance public screening of "Planes" at the world's largest air show."I think it's great, pilots will love it," Kaplan says of the film. "There is so much attention to the authenticity -- both in the way the aircraft are designed and the way they fly even though they are cartoons."Kaplan says years of research has paid off -- as evidenced by details such as the sound effects of engine noises and mechanics."The Disney team spent hours at Reno studying all of this and had experts in aviation animation and operations," Kaplan said. "You don't think about all of this, but it adds to the flavor. Old pilots will say: 'Gosh, I remember my airplane sounding like that' and when you see them fly in the movie, the movements of the animated aircraft are very close to the performance of similar aircraft in real life."How It BeganDuford, who curates exhibits and works with the restoration staff at the Air Force Museum, said a team from Disney contacted the Museum's Public Affairs Department in the summer of 2009 and asked to speak with resident experts."They said they were working on a film that involved aircraft but they couldn't talk about at that time because they were still in the process of development."The team of five arrived and spent a full day with Duford and Wes Henry, the museum's Chief of Research."They wanted to see everything they could see," says Duford, who thought it was "brilliant" for the group to visit the world's largest military aviation museum rather than just using artistic license to wing it. Duford says the visitors peppered staffers with question迷你倉 the entire day."We took them through the galleries, through our collection building and through restoration," he says. The Disney team saw the historic Memphis Belle in mid-restoration, John F. Kennedy's Air Force One, and a MiG-25 Foxbat fighter jet. They also attended the Dayton Air Show where they met surviving members of the Tuskegee Airmen, flew in a 40-year-old Huey helicopter and hung out with the USAF Thunderbirds."At one point we got a chance to fly in a B25, which is a WWII bomber, " said Disney writer Jeff Howard. "Dayton was a really great trip."Duford says they spent time explaining how the aircraft had changed over the years and could fly faster and higher."They took pictures of the planes and I still remember how excited they were about the museum," he said. "You could see the creative juices flowing. Since we didn't know exactly what they were doing, it as interesting to hear their questions and try to figure out what was going on."Local connectionsIt turns out that two members of the Disney team who came to Dayton had local connections. Director Klay Hall said his mother's first job was at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base. His grandfather was a pilot and his father was both a Navy pilot and a commercial pilot.Paul Gerard, director of creative development on "Planes," is a graduate of Miami University with a business degree.Kaplan, who founded an annual competition at the Reno Air Races for restored vintage aircraft and the people who fly them, said the Disney team ended up coming to Reno for three years, desiring to spend time with the planes and the experienced pilots."It's now well known that "Planes" is about an around-the-world air race," says Kaplan, who says "Planes II" is already in production, for 2014 release."It's not a quick process and to their credit, they are seeking authenticity," he says. "They told me that John Lasseter, who is the chief creative officer of Pixar and Walt Disney Animation Studios, told them to be 'true to the metal. And that meant no rubbery wings or floppy propellers.' "Duford said the Disney visit points out the variety of ways in which the Air Force Museum serves the public."It's an enjoyable day on a weekend for a family from Iowa and it's a place for Air Force veterans to come and reminisce but there are many other ways the museum interacts and provides benefit to the public and this is a good example," he adds."In this case, because of a Disney group coming here and using what we provide to make the movie better, I can see young children going and seeing this movie and being inspired to eventually go into a career that involves STEM (science, technology, engineering and math) learning. A kid sees this movie and says: "Wow! This is amazing! Bell of prosecutors in the U.S. attorney's office.RICO has two faces. There is its civil side, which allows treble damages should they be proved in a lawsuit, and criminal, which gives the government tools to shut down a suspected racketeering firm long before any criminal prosecution is pursued."RICO is broadly written," said University of Tennessee law professor Dwight Aarons.But attorneys both inside and outside the Pilot Flying J case agree it is unlikely that federal authorities will pursue a criminal RICO prosecution against Pilot CEO Jimmy Haslam, his corporate executives or the company itself."They don't need to do that," Bell said. "It's too complicated when there are other ways of getting your mark made."Details of the alleged scam have been made publicly clear via federal court records and the civil lawsuits. To lure trucking firms to buy their fuel from Pilot Flying J, sales executives offered rebates but shorted customers what they were owed.An FBI affidavit alleged that the scheme dated back to at least 2008. Pilot attorneys just recently broadened the scope to 2005 in filings in connection with the more than 20 lawsuits filed by trucking companies against the firm. According to a preliminary order approved last month in U.S. District Court in Little Rock, Ark., Pilot and a number of plaintiffs with pending lawsuits agree that more than 4,000 customers of Pilot qualify to be included in a class for potential settlement purposes.Haslam has denied any knowledge of the rebate fraud but has conceded in the civil litigation that customers were shorted. Earlier this month, he agreed to settle potential class-action lawsuits filed by eight trucking firms. Other firms are resisting settlement.But the proposed settlement has no bearing on whether the U.S. attorney's office in Knoxville seeks to indict top executives criminally. The office already has inked immunity agreements and plea deals with nine staffers, including former employee Cathy Giesick, Vincent Greco, the director of sales for the western region -- both offered immunity from prosecution -- and Jay Stinnett, senior sales director.Stinnett is the first of seven staffers who have pleaded guilty in the case to specifically agree in his plea agreement that "Pilot senior management" knew about the alleged rebate scam, according to records.Nashville attorney Aubrey Harwell, who is representing Pilot Flying J in civil litigation, said in a recent interview that Haslam's admissions in the class-action settlement and in the media have no bearing on any potential criminal case."When Department of Justice officers executed the search warrant on April 15, they seized millions of pages of documents, and those documents reflect the proof of the matter being investigated," Harwell said.The standard, according to federal law, is pretty low. If the corporation benefited financially from the alleged scheme, it doesn't matter whether members of the firm's board of directors -- whose identities Pilot will not divulge -- knew about it.And, there is no need for a RICO charge to go after either the firm itself or its chief executive officers."When people think of racketeering, they conjure up visions of儲存倉Al Capone running around with machine guns, not these nice guys in suits," defense attorney Bell said.Professor Aarons agreed."It was designed to go after the mob," he said of RICO.FBI Agent Robert Root, the lead agent in the case, does not try to make a RICO case in his search warrant affidavit. Instead, he cites more garden-variety federal crimes that could be brought to bear -- conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud and money laundering.It has been more than a decade since the U.S. attorney's office in the Eastern District has pursued a RICO case, although cases with the so-called "predicate offenses" to establish a racketeering case were present.To mount a RICO case, the feds must, according to a DOJ manual, gain approval from higher-ups in Washington, D.C., adding another level of scrutiny and bureaucracy.Bell noted that a successful prosecution in the Pilot Flying J case on more traditional charges of conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud could net the guilty prison terms just as hefty as under a RICO prosecution -- without all the hoop jumping required."The loss calculation is going to be the big issue," he said.In the Pilot Flying J case, none of the executives has criminal histories, and the underlying alleged crimes are not high on the sentencing totem pole. But if the feds can prove that Pilot executives participated in a trucking customer rip-off of up to $35 million -- Pilot executives would walk into court on the day of sentencing facing maximum penalties.The maximum penalties for the crimes alleged in the FBI affidavit range 20-25 years in a federal prison.For years, federal judges were bound by those guidelines. But a landmark U.S. Supreme Court decision in 2005 broke those bounds, with the nation's high court opining that judges could, in fact, reject sentencing guidelines so long as they stated a reasonable basis for doing so.What does that mean for Pilot executives should they be convicted? The sentences they might receive are anybody's guess.And there is no guarantee that the rebate fraud figures cited by Harwell himself can be proved in a federal court prosecution.The FBI affidavit suggests these rebate offers were, in large part, handshake deals. It's not clear just how much documentation exists to prove what the firms were offered versus what they were paid.Two cooperators have offered up to the feds handwritten spreadsheets they kept to record the fraud, but neither of those documents was inclusive of the entirety of the fraud alleged.U.S. Attorney Bill Killian declined to comment, via a spokeswoman, about any aspect of the case. WEWS-TV in Cleveland, Ohio, an E.W. Scripps television station, has reported that a grand jury is taking testimony for a potential criminal case.None of the cooperators has been summoned to testify, according to interviews with their attorneys. 本報記者 李宏策 李釗受法國北部大區政府投資促進局邀請，文件倉科技日報記者日前前往法國里爾大區探訪科技園區和科研院所，領略歷史悠久而又充滿活力的里爾風貌。古樸厚重、歷史悠久的法國老城里爾是僅次于巴黎、里昂和馬賽的法國第四大城市，作為北部—加萊海峽大區首府和諾爾省的省會，里爾已成為法國北部經濟、文化、教育、科研與交通中心。里爾與巴黎、倫敦、布魯塞爾、阿姆斯特丹、盧森堡相距不到300公里，地處歐洲5國首都中心，是名符其實的西北歐十字路口，“地利”條件得天獨厚。法國北部大區政府投資促進局局長必多萊向記者介紹，作為法國北部重鎮和歐洲西北門戶，里爾已擁有千年的城市歷史，經歷過難以計數的政治、經濟危機甚至殘酷的戰爭，見證了歐洲千年來的紛爭和變遷。所幸，雖飽經戰火洗禮，歷史仍給這座城市留下了不朽的遺產，里爾被譽為歐洲最美麗的老城，是“歐洲建築的活化石”。里爾美術館更是僅次于盧浮宮的法國第二大博物館，館藏莫奈、梵高、拉斐爾等大師的珍貴名作。悠久的歷史積澱和特殊的地理位置成就了高度發達的里爾工商業，歷史上里爾就曾以手工業和商業著稱。近代以來，歐洲屢經大戰磨難，法國多次與普魯士及後來的德國爆發戰爭，法國的工業、商業重心南移，里爾市則成為抵抗入侵的“橋頭堡”。雖然經濟遭受嚴重損失，但堅忍不拔的里爾人並未屈服，二戰後的里爾率先崛起，依靠冶金、紡織和煤礦等工業，再度成為法國最為重要的工業區之一，富庶和古樸的里爾文化也得到了延續。充滿活力的未來新城曾在里爾招商局工作並在此生活十一年的李洹對記者表示，20世紀70年代，隨著資源逐漸枯竭，里爾地區的煤炭、采礦與紡織等行業先後出現衰退，經濟下滑，失業率竟一度高達40%，里爾人面臨著資源枯竭城市產業轉型的艱巨任務。面對工作崗位大幅縮減的困局，里爾市首先憑借原有的工業基礎和資本，在電力、機械製造、印刷、鐵路器材、汽車行業等科技含量較高的工業領域謀求發展；其後，在工業的帶動下，著力將服務業作為城市的主要發展方向，其中零售業更是異軍突起。經過一段時期的探索和努力，里爾市再度成為法國最為重要的工業區之一，其鐵路器材產量占法國總產量的50%，電力生產和印刷業居法國第二位，機械製造位居全法第三。法國最大的商業財團歐尚（AUCHAN）大型超級市場、全球最大的體育用品零售商迪卡儂、世界第四大跨國裝飾建材零售集團樂華梅蘭等一大批零售企業起源自里爾。里爾在社會動蕩、時代變遷中幾度沉浮，能夠一次次崛起，其中的奧妙何在，必多萊局長一語道破玄機：里爾始終是一座屬於年輕人的城市。富庶的里爾自古便是一座學術之城，里爾大學已有近500年的校史。如今的里爾大區教育非常發達，擁有綜合性大學7所、工程師學院23所、商務和管理學院10所，是法國第二大教育中心。里爾中心市區有21萬居民，大區在校學生則達到16萬人，里爾34%的居民年齡在25歲以下，人口年輕化位居全法第一。這些年輕人讓里爾風貌煥然一新，也正是一代代在里爾求學、紮根的年輕人讓歐洲最美古城一次次在蕭條中崛起，成為引領未來的活力新城。培養頂尖工程師的科研院校里爾的發展離不開青年，吸引全法乃至世界各地年輕人來到里爾的正是這裡頂尖的科研院校。在政府投資促進局公關專員瑪麗女士、實習生王昕女士的陪同下，記者首先來到里爾理論計算機科學實驗室MINT和里爾理工學院。里爾理工學院的哈什迪教授帶我們參觀了為學生提供的機械製造教學平台，該校十分重視培養學生的動手操作和設計能力，學生可以在學習伊始便接觸並實際操作先進的機械製造系統。在這樣的教育環境中，學生在老師的幫助下設計並動手製造出自己的畢業產品。參觀時，里爾理工的研究生就向我們展示了其模擬動物設計製造的抓手機器人。學生在校期間養成的動手操作和設計能力，為其日後進入研究機構或公司研發部門從事科研和創新開發工作打下了基礎。在參觀里爾理論計算機科學實驗室時，MINT的講師向我們展示了三個創新產品：利用靜電模擬摩擦觸感的觸摸屏；新型信息輸入設備和操作界面，用戶可用分配計算機CPU運算能力的使用，並通過類似粉筆一樣的輸入設備更自由、便利地將文字或圖形信息輸入到電腦；快速建立3D數字模型的軟件系統，為3D打印、模擬城市建設、3D遊戲存倉發、工業產品設計等提供易于操作的工作平台。這些具有未來色彩的創新產品是MINT在讀博士後的研究課題，在法國國家科研中心（CNRS）的統一協調下，借助法國國家信息與自動化研究所里爾研究中心的協助，在讀博士的創新作品可以很好地融入到法國信息領域產學研的大鏈條中，並快速轉化為產品。孵化企業的科技創業園區科研院校是培養人才的溫床，科技創業園區則是企業的孵化器，是年輕人施展拳腳的第一個舞台，更是產業持續創新、蓬勃發展的希望所在。記者有幸受邀對Euratechnologies科技創業園、歐洲新型紡織研究中心（CETI）和多媒體創業園—布蘭影像公園等多家科技園區進行參觀。科技創業園Euratechnologies由里爾政府投資建設，酷似北京798藝術區，由廢棄的工廠改建，在頗有里爾特色的紅磚樓內，是一間間寬敞明亮的現代化辦公室，新舊建築在此有機地融合在一起。園區企業孵化器經理達班先生向我們介紹，該園區主要集中了信息科學領域的創新企業，一方面是可以向企業提供更為專業的指導、咨詢和培訓，與里爾研究中心等信息專業研究所進行溝通合作；另一方面這裡匯集了信息產業上下游各類企業，為園區內上下游企業合作共贏提供了很好的機遇，同類的小公司在此共事也常會碰撞出新的創意火花，攜手將公司做大做強。園區與國際高度接軌，在硬件上擁有最先進的思科視頻會議室、高速互聯網等服務，在軟件方面，園區還與歐美相關大企業建立了合作關係，為園區企業提供最新行業資訊和咨詢服務。在園區優越的工作環境和專業扶持下，園區創新公司的優秀創意很快便得到完善並著手實施，例如Beloola公司向我們展示了其正在開發的網上音樂社交平台，將3D社交網絡和在線音樂進行了很好融合，其產品已經上線測試，並贏得了很好反響。歐洲新型紡織研究中心（CETI）是法國紡織業革新領軍機構。該中心首席執行官馬克·奧諾雷先生介紹，CETI是帶動里爾乃至法國紡織業創新發展的研發中心，中心不僅對新型紡織品的製造過程進行優化和設計，更著力對紡織品新型材料進行開發。在CETI廠房內，經奧諾雷先生解說，記者驚訝地發現，如蟬絲般柔軟細膩的紡織品竟然是由粗糙堅硬的有機塑料和在回收布料中提取的有機化纖復合而成，工程師還可通過加工處理，對紡織纖維的內部結構進行精細調節，使最終生產的布料具有不同的功能效果，讓紡織品功能化、智能化，同時能夠符合經濟和環保標準。一塊小小的布料蘊含如此多的高科技元素，里爾傳統紡織業借助科技轉型升級的成果在這塊布料中得到了集中體現。當記者準備離開CETI時，廠房旁的草地里冒出一隻野兔，悠然自得地左顧右盼，它的出現為新型紡織業又貼上了一塊綠色標簽。多媒體創業園—布蘭影像公園與Euratechnologies創業園一樣，利用廢棄廠房而建，這些紅磚老樓構成的園區體現了里爾人富而不奢、節能環保的發展理念。布蘭影像公園為多媒體創業公司提供了8000平方米的工作室，將創業公司、藝術家、培訓機構、研究設施和當地團體整合在一起，以期實現更多的創意和最大的經濟價值。創業園內的企業向我們展示了�多新一代多媒體影音技術，A-Volute公司的費奧女士向我們展示了3D音頻效果，僅利用兩個小音箱，便可讓聽者感受到360度的聽覺體驗；定向音箱則能夠讓指定方向遠隔10米的聽�聽到聲音，其他方向即便近在咫尺也完全聽不到絲毫聲響。Idees-3com公司則展示了其最新的“現實增強”產品，利用圖像識別技術，用戶可通過手機、平板電腦拍攝商品實物或雜誌上的圖片，快速簡便地獲取商品信息，並將信息視覺化、圖像化。布蘭影像公園的創新企業給我們留下了深刻印象，蓬勃發展的多媒體和娛樂產業將越來越多地依靠信息技術。短暫的創業園之行讓我們仿佛置身于未來，創業園中或許也孕育著未來的企業新星。孟子有言：“天時不如地利，地利不如人和”。里爾的發展不僅得益于其能夠抓住產業發展潮流，也不僅在於其得天獨厚的地理位置，更重要的是里爾深厚的文化底蘊和豐富的高等教育資源，培育了一代代具有開拓創新精神、充滿活力朝氣的青年。科教興國、人才興邦，尊重人才，培育人才，並為其提供施展拳腳的廣闊舞台，這或許才是城市發展的核心競爭力。（科技日報巴黎8月2日電）自存倉

■穿戴式科技已跳脫IT範疇，迷你倉新蒲崗該項技術現已運用至時尚、運動和表演藝術領域。■WEARABLE DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES ARE NOW ALSO SPREADING INTO THE WORLDS OF FASHION, SPORTS AND PERFORMING ARTS.日本年輕人的時尚中心涉谷109百貨，服飾品牌3RD BY VANQUISH將科技當作行銷手法之一，當消費者拿起一件掛在衣架上的衣服，牆上的大型LCD螢幕便會即時顯示身穿該件服裝的模特兒。穿戴式數位科技已不再侷限於IT領域，該項技術快速被應用至時尚、運動和表演藝術領域。這款互動式的神奇衣架名為TEAMLAB HANGER，係由東京IT暨數位招牌公司TEAMLAB，與機器人公司YUKAI ENGINEERING共同研發設計。日時尚圈 推互動衣架互動式衣架內建感應器和無線通訊模組，當消費者拿起一件掛在這種高科技衣架上的衣服，有關該項商品的資訊便傳送至商店內的電腦系統，讓視訊開始播放。YUKAI ENGINEERING創辦人青木俊介表示，「客戶更能了解穿這件衣服看起來如何，也讓購物更有趣。」包括VANQUISH和EARTH MUSIC ＆ ECOLOGY等其他服飾品牌，在日本百貨公司的30個據點使用該款互動式衣架。此外，TEAMLAB HANGER也被評選為2010年日本文化廳媒體藝術祭的推薦產品。現階段感應器和無線通訊模組被嵌入衣架，未來有可能被設置在服飾上。若TEAMLAB推出連網鏡子，理論上消費者可透過購買的商品，迷你倉出租取店內電腦系統的資料，在家欣賞模特兒展示商品。智慧運動鞋 可無線傳輸運動界的穿戴式裝置最早由計步器開始，現已進階到能記錄運動的時間、移動的距離和速度，或是心跳和燃燒的卡路里等數據，例如耐吉的NIKE+SPORTWATCH智慧手錶。至於專業等級的裝置則有愛迪達智慧足球鞋，可記錄球員的上場時間、跑步距離、速度和衝刺次數等數據，這些資料可傳輸至智慧型手機或個人電腦，檢視每次上場的表現，足球明星梅西（LIONEL MESSI）和香川真司都是愛用者。這款智慧足球鞋內建微晶片，當鞋子接近轉接器時，便可自動將資料無線傳輸。過去這種高科技球鞋要價超過1,000萬日圓，但現在價格已經降至1萬日圓以下，愛迪達的智慧足球鞋售價約7,000日圓。連接上熱門的行動裝置和社交網站，也是運動穿戴式裝置的賣點之一，愛迪達在7月推出新款運動鞋，可無線連接蘋果IPHONE，還可透過臉書等社交網站，將運動數據和朋友分享。愛迪達的球鞋不僅針對足球，還包括網球、棒球和美式足球，該公司還為了各別運動設立數據管理網站。在此同時，藝術家也逐漸擁抱穿戴式技術，例如1名舞者的服裝有200個內建微電腦的LED晶片，程式儲存在微電腦中，以決定LED晶片何時會亮和燈光的顏色。該項技術係由東京工科大學研究助理藤本實所開發，在高中時期愛上街舞的藤本實，大學接觸了穿戴式技術，於是將街舞融入研究主題。藤本實表示，「我們可以增加燈光或是其他原素，為舞蹈創造不同的表現方式。」他研發了一套軟體程式，讓舞者配合音樂，自行創造LED燈亮的模式，畢竟「大家都喜歡體驗新的事物。」儲存倉

NB超級法說會啟動，自存倉其中宏�（2353）率先登場，華碩（2357）接棒，雙A為品牌大廠，將連帶影響代工以及零組件出貨力道，下半年展望備受矚目。 另外，相關零組件廠新普（6121）、可成（2474）、F-鎧勝（5264）等，均為「蘋果派」大軍，後市看法亦是電子產業下半年的風向球。 NB產業今年的走勢類似於去年，各大廠在年初時都普遍樂觀期待美景，但是從5月開始氣氛就急轉直下，特別是微軟新改版的WIN8.1系統尚未上線，導致消費市場瀰漫著觀望效應。 此外，下半年蘋果新IPHONE、新IPAD上市，也將分食消費者的預算，因此筆電大廠第3季僅有個位數的季增成長力道，但第4季也可能只有持平表現。 最受矚目的雙A部分，華碩至今股價仍然是跌跌不休，因為上半年本業賺不到百億元，營業利益率掉到4.4％，也導致上周股價再度破底，光是一周市值就蒸發176億元。不過，第3季在旺季鋪貨效應帶動下，本季營收有季增1∼2成的空間。 另外，法人評迷你倉新蒲崗宏�Q2合併營收比Q1略減至895.09億元，因此獲利可能持續「只比損平好一點」的窘態；至於第3季成長空間也不大，約在1成左右。 在代工廠部分，下半年表現應比品牌廠略好，主要是代工廠的客戶較多元，綜觀第3季表現，以英業達（2356）、和碩（4938）稍微樂觀，英業達預估筆電出貨將成長1成；和碩最大動能來自平價版IPHONE，第2季落底後爬升，下半年表現將優於同業。 此外，蘋果關鍵零組件廠也進入法說周，其中，可成已率先報喜，公布上半年EPS賺進1個股本，但外資對其後市仍有疑慮，例如高階智慧手機需求不樂觀，IPAD MINI出貨成長不多，因此可成目前股價走勢仍顛簸。 而可成董事長洪水樹在周一法說會，是否會「再嗆法人保守」，以及第3季的成長幅度，都是外界關注焦點。 至於日前媒體報導可成捲入大陸的環保爭議，但可成昨日公告鄭重澄清，可成工廠內部設有汙水處理廠，處理後再完全排入工業園區廢水處理中心，絕無所謂排入太湖流域支流之事。迷你倉出租

歐洲各國為刺激經濟，自存倉各出奇謀，希臘政府削減餐館的食物和飲品稅項（圖），使人們出外飲食更為便宜。餐館的營業稅，由23%降至13%。希臘財政部預期，此次減稅可令顧客上餐館消費，每單金額降8.1%。是次減稅，將持續到今年底，市場預計，政府將因此減少一億歐羅稅收，但期望可促進旅遊及餐飲業。另一方面，法國為達到年底前遏止失業率上升的目標，推行補貼低技能年輕人就業，最高達薪金的75%。今年已有逾4萬年青人通過這種方式就業，政府預計，年底前人數可達10萬。法國失業率創新高，當局估計年底前將達11%。政府今年將投入逾20億歐羅（約205.8億港元）幫助10萬名青年就業，明年計畫再增加5萬人就業。

南都訊 記者石秋菊 剛跨過深圳河，迷你倉價錢便犯傻惹事了。昨日下午，一名香港旅客在羅湖口岸過關，嫌麻煩拒絕接受羅湖海關關員檢查，拳打關員，致使後者嘴角破裂，頭撞上查驗台。涉事香港旅客已經被口岸派出所帶走調查，或被行政拘留。昨日下午3時許，通常是羅湖口岸繁忙時段。羅湖海關查驗現場的負責人安排關員小江，在海關監管通道上挑查入境旅客，被挑查的旅客需根據關員要求，打開行李或行李過機接受檢查。據查驗現場負責人介紹，當天下午3時43分，香港旅客陳星宇經羅湖口岸入境，隨行的還有一位抱著小孩的女人，拉著箱子。小江要求進行抽檢，請其出示證件並打開拉箱接受檢查。但是，對方拒絕抽檢，不願出示證件，不願開箱，並對關員說“要查你自己開”。隨後，小江要求將行李過X光機，他便開始罵罵咧咧，拉著箱子返回過機通道，看到裡面已經有長長一條等待迷你倉庫驗的隊伍，又再折返。小江再次將陳星宇截查並詢問為何不過機，陳用手指著小江並出言侮辱，欲往通道外走，小江上前制止，雙方發生爭執及拉扯時，突然舉起雙手大喊“海關打人了”，之後一拳打在小江左側臉部，致其嘴巴左側流血，跌倒在地，頭部撞在查驗台上。海關負責人透露，小江受傷後送往醫院救治，感覺頭暈耳鳴，身體發冷，“看得出陳星宇是用了全力揮出這一拳，小江被打後吐了一口鮮血，倒地後已經無法動彈。”隨後對陳星宇的行李檢查發現，裡面只是一包紙尿片、一些日常用品，並無違規用品。事發後，現場海關官員將陳星宇控制並報警，通知口岸派出所將其帶走調查。由於其不配合海關檢查並襲擊海關關員，將按照治安處罰條例進行處罰，或處以行政拘留十至15天處罰。據介紹，去年以來羅湖海關已發生12宗暴力抗法事件，海關提醒旅客通關時要守法，文明通關。儲存

【本報消息】的士總商會副會長凌世威表示，迷你倉沙田隨著澳大橫琴新校區開放，的士業界的營運空間亦擴大，新校區實施澳門法律，相信澳門的士有條件進入澳大新校區接載乘客。業界亦關注將來能否進入橫琴做生意，但要解決行車保險等問題，據知現時很多細節問題未落實，冀政府進一步清晰。雖然澳大橫琴新校區未正式對外開放，但因本地牌車輛可進入橫琴，社會關注澳門與橫琴交通往來安排。凌世威表示，以業界理解澳大橫琴新校區內實施澳門法律迷你倉價錢等於澳門的管理模式，包括行車方向、交通標誌、指示以及交通規則等。認為業界有條件進入校區接載乘客，希望政府進一步清晰的士或其他本澳車輛進入新校區的交通安排。運輸業界亦關注能否前往新校區以外的橫琴行駛或營運，但凌世威相信當中很多問題有待解決，如內地對本澳駕駛資格的認可、行車保險等問題，由於這些問題涉及兩地政府的決策和商討，希望政府作主導，引領業界更好瞭解進入橫琴新校區的各項交通安排以及需要注意的事項等。迷你倉庫
