　　中新網8月28日電 據西班牙歐浪網報道，自存倉日前，位於巴塞羅那Hospitalet社區經營酒吧生意的華人秦女士(化名)卻遭遇了這樣一件被盜事件：兩名西籍小孩來到店里搗亂，並趁機向秦女士酒吧門口扔砸雞蛋，當秦女士出門驅趕搗亂小孩並清理門口的穢物後，卻發現自己店內放置在Caja機旁邊的一台平板電腦和一部價值500多歐元的HTC智能手機遭竊。　　據瞭解，每逢八月中旬的加泰羅尼亞傳統節日Gracia狂歡節，不僅是當地民�休閒、娛樂的快樂時光，對於廣大的酒吧業主來說，也是夏日期間可以比平時更加賺取利潤的好時機。20日晚上，在巴塞羅那Hospitalet社區經營酒吧生意的秦女士嚮往常一樣打理店里的生意，卻突然不知道從何處竄出兩名西班牙小孩，在自己酒吧的Terraza附近搗亂，使得她的生意受到影響。　　秦女士回憶：“兩個小男孩，一個差不多有十五、六歲，一個差不多有十二、三歲，其中年紀小的那個小男孩臉上還畫著臉譜，剛開始的時候，他們在我家酒吧門口撒鞭炮，有些坐在Terraza的客人看到這種情況，也不好與孩子發生爭執，只能是起腳走人。開始的時候我忍了十幾分鐘，後來看到這樣下去客人都要走光了，就趕緊跑到門口，跟兩個孩子說不要在門口放鞭炮。”　　秦女士的勸阻卻並沒有得到對方的接受，在兩個孩子無動於衷的情況下，秦女士只能板下臉來，喊來廚房一名男性廚師，將兩名孩子“驅離”自己的酒吧門口。然而，讓秦女士沒有想到的是：在自己驅趕孩子沒過五分鐘之後，卻遭到了孩子們的“報復”。　　據秦女士告訴記者：“開始跟兩個孩子好好說，兩個小孩沒有聽進去，還是在門口放鞭炮，而且好像故意一樣，專門往我店面門口或者Terraza附近扔點燃的鞭炮，後來我實在忍不住，就從廚房喊來一個男員工，驅趕兩個孩子。當時兩個小孩子看到有大人出來了，就一邊做鬼臉、一邊辱罵地跑開，我以為事情就這樣結束了。”　　五分鐘後，正當秦女士依然在店里打理酒吧生意時，兩名遭到驅逐的小男孩來到店門口，朝著秦女士酒吧店門內扔進三個雞蛋，其中一枚還差點扔到坐在酒吧門口附近的一名客人身上。看到兩個孩子行為如迷你倉新蒲崗惡劣，秦女士不禁有點惱火，馬上拿起拖把再次驅趕兩名頑劣的孩童。　　據秦女士回憶：“兩個小孩拿了四枚雞蛋，準備往我店里扔，扔了三枚之後被我發現，我趕緊拿著拖把跑到門口，這兩個小孩子一看我拿著拖把跑出來，嚇的剩下一枚雞蛋沒敢扔就跑掉了，當時氣惱不過，站在店門口罵了幾句，好幾名客人也圍觀過來，問我怎麼回事，我就一邊打掃一邊把整個事情經過告訴這幾名客人。”　　然而，讓秦女士萬萬沒有想到的是：就在自己忙著打掃穢物以及向顧客解釋事情經過的十分鐘時間內，自己放置在酒吧Caja機旁邊的一台平板電腦和一部HTC手機不翼而飛。據秦女士告訴記者：“那天正好是Gracia節，我店里的客人也比較多，我平時在Caja機的吧台附近放了一台平板電腦，手機也習慣性地放在Caja機旁邊。當時第二次驅趕搗亂的孩子之後，我回到店里依然打理生意，過了差不多有半個小時，我忽然發現自己的電腦和手機都沒有了。”　　幾經尋找，秦女士始終找不到自己的電腦和手機，再用他人手機撥打自己的手機，發現一經處在關機狀態，秦女士這才確定自己的手機和電腦已遭偷竊。然而，在這近半個小時過程中，先後有多名客人結賬走人，小偷是混在客人中間趁機偷竊還是客人趁機混水撈魚、小偷是男是女等，秦女士一概不知。　　據秦女士告訴記者：“我後來前思後想覺得很不對勁，這兩個小孩子不是我店面附近的居民孩子，突然來到我店里搗亂，然後我的電腦和手機都丟失，如果把整件事情竄在一起的話，我就覺得這件事情有點蹊蹺。所以當晚我和我的家人、朋友談起這件事情的時候，他們也都覺得這件事情是有預謀的，肯定有人背後指使孩子搗亂，轉移視線之後趁機偷竊。幸虧我平時營業過程中養成了隨時關鎖Caja機的習慣，否則我相信我被偷的會不止這兩樣東西。”　　對此，秦女士在考慮再三之後，連線本報記者將整個事情經過告訴記者，希望通過媒體能夠披露事情經過，以提醒廣大華人同行的注意，謹防此類盜竊手法。　　在遇到這類事件時，須首先提高警惕，放置好身邊的值錢物品以及店內的現金，以免受騙上被轉移視線之後，遭到小偷的偷竊。(徐凱)標簽：搗亂 酒吧 驅趕 拖把 女士迷你倉出租

On Sept. 25, 2012, a 20-year-old David Tarbutton pleaded guilty to murder in Kimmons' death; he is serving a life sentence.One of the pictures was shown by Assistant District Attorney Victoria Muniz on Tuesday during her questioning of Mission police Officer Paul Williams, who was the first officer on scene.Williams told jurors that he was called by neighbors who found the garage door open and couldn't get a hold of Kimmons.Williams went into the house and found Kimmons lying on his bed, which had been splattered with blood. Source: The Salina Journal, Kan.迷你倉Aug. 25--MANHATTAN -- Nobody appreciates consistency more than Bill Snyder.And five years into his second Kansas State football reclamation project, one constant stands out: the Wildcats remain remarkably unburdened by outside expectations.Not even back-to-back seasons of double-digit victories, including last year's 11-2 record, Big 12 championship and flirtation with a national title, have convinced skeptics that K-State is back on top to stay.Media members who cover the Big 12 recently picked the Wildcats sixth in the conference, while coaches voting in the USA Today preseason poll ranked them just outside the top 25 -- behind four other league schools."That's nothing new," senior running back John Hubert said. "That's just something that we look at as motivation."Our expectation is always high, no matter how people look at us or rate us, and we're always going to come out ready to work and ready to prove people wrong like we have the past few years."Don't expect Snyder to lose any sleep over it."It's precarious trying to make those kinds of (predictions) as the season gets started," said Snyder, whose Wildcats open their season at 7:30 p.m. Friday against North Dakota State at newly-renovated Snyder Family Stadium. "Our program is no different than any other in that the dynamics of the program change year in and year out, regardless of how many you do or do not have returning."There is plenty to like about the 2013 Wildcats, especially on offense, where they return their leading rusher, a talented stable of receivers and the entire line. But they also must break in a new starting quarterback to replace Heisman Trophy finalist and Big 12 offensive player of the year Collin Klein.Defensively, all-conference free safety Ty Zimmerman and nickel back Randall Evans are the only starters back from a unit that lost its entire front seven, including All-America middle linebacker Arthur Brown. Senior linebacker Tre Walker made four starts before missing the last five games with a knee injury.But Snyder's biggest concerns center less on personnel than on the values and work ethic that have allowed the Wildcats to overachieve year after year in the eyes of critics who continue to sell them short."I would always have the concern about young people and older people like myself and some of our coaches as well, not taking anything for granted," he said. "Not taking our performance level for granted, based on whatever the program has done up to this point in time."Center B.J. Finney, a team captain and all-Big 12 pick last year as a sophomore, agreed with his coach that even overachievers have to guard against letdowns. After all, last year's lone regular-season loss at Baylor probably cost the Wildcats a shot at a national title."This is a very tough conference," he said. "You can't fall asleep on any of these teams, obviously."Look at us last year at the Baylor game. We took it for granted and we got beat bad."OffenseLess than a week into preseason camp, the last time Snyder addressed the media, he had not yet identified a starting quarterback. Sophomore Daniel Sams, Klein's backup a year ago, was neck and neck with junior Jake Waters, who led Iowa Western to a national junior college championship in 2012.Sams is an explosive runner but unproven passer who played in eight games as Klein's backup, averaging 7.3 yards per carry with three touchdowns. But he only attempted eight passes, completing six for 55 yards.Waters set a national juco record for completion percentage at 73.3 and threw for 3,501 yards with 39 touchdowns and only three interceptions. Though he went through spring practice with the Wildcats and proved to be a quick study, he has yet to take a Division I snap.Not that anybody is complaining. Regardless who wins 自存倉he job, the Wildcats have a solid backup ready to go."I really think whatever guy wins the position, our offense is going to be pretty effective," Sams said."It doesn't hurt to have running back John Hubert returning for his senior year after back-to-back 900-yard rushing seasons. And while the Wildcats lost leading receiver Chris Harper, there is plenty of experience and talent back, led by junior Tyler Lockett (44 catches, 687 yards, four TDs), senior Tramaine Thompson (37-526, four TDs) and backups Curry Sexton and Torell Miller.At tight end, three-year starter Travis Tannahill is gone, but senior Andre McDonald and junior Zach Trujillo both have considerable experience as backups. That leaves senior Keenan Taylor and sophomore Boston Stiverson, who missed much of the season with an injury, to battle at right guard."That's the best feeling ever to have five of your offensive linemen coming back that have been in the program, that know all the calls and checks," Hubert said.DefenseClearly the Wildcats' most pressing concern is putting together a cohesive defensive unit with players that are veterans in the K-State program but dreadfully short on game experience.Only seniors Zimmerman and Walker started last year's opener, and both missed time with injuries. But senior middle linebacker Blake Slaughter is coming off a redshirt year with four career starts, junior Randall Evans started seven games as a nickel back and sophomore Dante Barnett started the last two regular-season games in Zimmerman's place."It's a bit of a misnomer, two guys coming back, because Dante Barnett started last year when Zim got hurt, so he's got playing experience, and Evans started the entire year at nickel," defensive coordinator Tom Hayes said. "Tre, in 2011, was very experienced for us in that year."The most important thing is, those guys that have that playing experience have to be the strength, have to be the core, and bring these enthusiastic, eager young guys who are trying to get these spots along the right path."Up front, all four starters are gone, leaving only sophomore tackle Travis Britz and junior end Ryan Mueller with significant experience. But Snyder said the competition has been spirited both on the interior and the outside.Top candidates to join pass rush specialist Mueller at end are sophomore Marquel Bryant, junior Laton Dowling and senior Alauna Finau. Ephren Taylor was discovered by a camera crew this week in a suburban Kansas town where his wife worked as a masseuse under a glamorous pseudonym.The couple's whereabouts had been a mystery to all but a few for months after the Securities and Exchange Commission took him to court in a civil suit seeking to stop what it claimed was a Ponzi scheme targeting black church members nationwide. But tracking down the 31-year-old may have been the easy part."We are so happy that he's been located," said Lillian Wells, a 62-year-old Covington Realtor who claims that Taylor duped her out of $122,000. "But locating him is one thing. Now we're just hoping the feds can do something about it."Taylor, who declined to comment through an attorney, stands accused in several lawsuits of duping worshippers in Georgia and at least four other states of millions of dollars with promises of eye-popping rewards. The suits allege that Taylor's former company, City Capital Corp., used incoming funds from new investors to repay existing ones.And in March, a federal judge in Georgia issued a default judgment ordering Taylor and City Capital to repay more than $11.7 million.Federal prosecutors and state authorities declined to comment on whether Taylor could face criminal charges. But plaintiff's attorney Cathy Lerman, who filed a lawsuit against Taylor in North Carolina, said she hopes authorities take "real action against him before he tries to disappear again."To build a criminal case, federal prosecutors may have to develop evidence beyond what investigators gathered in pursuing the civil case.With tales of success dating to his pre-teen years and a healthy sense of self-confidence, Taylor built a mystique through appearances on national news networks and by penning financial books with lofty titles such as "The Elite Entrepreneur" and "Creating Success From the Inside Out."After he was named in 2006 as the chief executive of a publicly traded company called City Capital, he'd ask ministers to let him deliver a Sunday sermon and urge worshippers to invest in businesses tied to the firm, the lawsuits said. The presentations often featured flashy videos and client lists packed with celebrities, they said.One of his stops was a 2009 visit to New Birth, Bishop Eddie Long's Lithonia megachurch, where he told the congregation that his real estate investments were a surer bet than risking money on Wall Street stocks. But Taylor's location was largely unknown until ABC News tracked Taylor and his wife to the tiny Kansan town of Lenexa, a Kansas City suburb.Tipsters called the network after they overheard the Taylors bemoaning their lost fortune, the report said, and the crew found Taylor's wife, Meshelle, working at a salon called Panacea Massage under the name Liz Taylor. When confronted by reporters, Ephren Taylor responded to questions with a curt "I don't know."Plaintiffs' attorneys who fear they won't be able to recover client investments from Taylor have expanded their lawsuits to try to recoup losses. Wells' complaint targets Long, his church and a company called Equity Trust that it accuses of endorsing Taylor. Her attorney, Jason Doss, says church members would not have given their money to Taylor "without the support of Bishop Long, New Birth and Equity Trust."Equity Trust, based in Ohio, didn't immediately return a call seeking comment. Long said through a statement that he's cooperating with investigators and hopes "the responsible parties will restore the funds they took from congregants at New Birth and churches around the country."Wells, for her part, said she turned to Taylor after tiring of losing money in the stock market during the late 2000s. She hopes prosecutors hear her story and file charges against him. "It's not about saying, it's about doing. And look at all of these beautiful minds out here. There's a whole lot of beautiful minds being lost, being shot and killed ... [people who] don't make it to their 20th birthdays because of gang violence."Willie Knighten, a former gang member whose life sentence for murder was commuted in 2009, told the crowd that, coming up, he was told two things happen to gang members: you go to prison or you end up dead.Now he knows there's a third choice: Change.Paul Parker, 28, who had the idea for the march and rally -- which is in its third year -- knows that too.Parker spent years representing X Blocc, a Crips gang, until he was sent to prison on a drug charge. Now he and the friends he came through the gang with -- like the Rev. Chris McBrayer, 26, and Justin Coffey, 28 -- are pushing back against the very things they stood for.Two shots to the head and a 98 percent chance of dying started Coffey on a different path.Coffey joined X Blocc when he was 13 -- nothing serious happened until guns were introduced when he was about 18. That's when his friends started to die, he said.Thanksgiving, 2005, Coffey got into a fight with some Bloods at a gas station. He left, came back with his "right-hand man," and threw up gang signs at the Bloods."All you heard was shooting," Coffey said.There was screaming; someone shouting, "Somebody gonna die tonight, somebody gonna die tonight."Doctors told police Coffey would be another homicide victim; hours later they文件倉told Coffey's father he was, somehow, still breathing.Waking up in the hospital, in a diaper, with no friends around, slowly started to change Coffey's thinking."I really banged hard for X Blocc," Coffey said. "Eventually he left the block and met people who were successful without the dangerous side effects of gang banging."They showed me my purpose," Coffey said. "You can't go out and have a good time without worrying about gang violence."Being there was personal for LaSonya Holman.Her 19-year-old niece, Summer Ware, was shot six times Thursday in the 2800 block of Nebraska Avenue."Shot six times -- that's a miracle child," Mrs. Holman said about her niece surviving the attack.Whether he meant it when he said it, a member of the Lawrence Blood Villains, LBV, joined the march at Delaware Avenue."Gotta walk to end gang violence," the 20-year-old, who would only identify himself as "Rob da god," told a friend on the phone.Later he said, "This ain't gonna stop nothing. I like this though."Parker, during an interview Friday, said the impact of the march might not be felt for 5 or 10 years -- not until the children of gang members grow up and have to decide whether they'll follow in their parents' footsteps."I personally think it's going to get worse," Parker said about gang violence in Toledo. 懷舊情愫害人不淺。作為時代的標簽式產物，迷你倉沙田把它的變化與發展放在兩個截然不同的時代背景下看待之，的確是一件值得玩味和讓我著迷的事情，比如老幹部休養所。曾幾何時，幾乎每一個地方都開始至少有一個老幹部休養所。小時候經過，總覺得這些地方戒備森嚴，令人肅然起敬，至於這些地方是幹什麼用的，似懂非懂，唯一明白的是這裡並不是收門票就可以進去的公園。後來，當溫泉景區大量興起，療養度假地盛行，才慢慢明白所謂老幹所，實際上是很多溫泉療養景區的前身，它們所代表的也是現代度假山莊的萌芽及啟蒙狀態。實不相瞞，我的這種恍然大悟是在度假目的地競爭硝煙四起、溫泉療養景區群雄割據的局面之後獲得的：有些老幹所紛紛下海，走起了市場化之路，開門納客；部分則繼續保持神秘莊嚴的面孔，只是偶爾打打市場的“擦邊球”。相對而言，這種由於社會變化所導致的市場轉型，老迷你倉價錢所比一出生就“風華正茂”、走國際範的度假景區低調得多，雖然更名的不少，但在市場偏見的作用下，老幹所再也不是一件華麗的外衣。從目前的度假療養熱潮來看，這類型景區最不缺乏的是花里胡哨的洋氣包裝，比如從化、中山等溫泉療養資源豐富的地區，在空氣、天然水質都差不多的條件下，老幹所特定的歷史文化及時代情結卻可以成為一個普通療養景區不可能具備的核心競爭力。經營理念可以複制，自然地理環境也不再是什麼競爭殺手�，歷史底蘊卻不是可以一蹴而就的東西。我突然想起有一次在從化公辦，同隊的某歸國老華僑看到某從化溫泉景區變化時老淚縱橫的樣子，我想他流下的不是欣慰的淚水，而是懷舊的淚水。在香氣飄騰的紅酒泡池，水蒸氣幾乎模糊了歸國華僑的老花鏡，那些煙霧繚繞，不僅僅代表他一個人的情感，而是一個時代，甚至是一個行業———旅遊度假業的生態劇變和社會變遷。迷你倉
