Source: Milwaukee Journal SentinelAug.文件倉 20--Secura Insurance chief executive John Bykowski will retire next summer and be succeeded by Dave Gross, the Appleton-based insurer said Tuesday.Gross, who is senior vice president for underwriting operations for Secura, will be appointed president and chief operating officer on Sept. 1. When Bykowski retires on July 1, Gross is expected to add CEO to his titles.Bykowski has led Secura for 16 years. He will continue as chairman of the company after his retirement as CEO.Gross joined Secura in 1997 as vice president for sales. In 2001, he was promoted to his current position wit存倉 responsibility for both underwriting and sales.Secura also said Tuesday that Kathryn Sieman, who is senior vice president and chief financial officer, will be appointed executive vice president on Sept. 1, making her the second-highest ranking executive.
