　　中國PMI指數弱，被賴拖累美股周四下挫。�指昨收報22450，跌1.儲存25%；成交額772億元。惟偏偏弱指數沒震散A股，上證昨升0.6%至2054，認真百思不得其解，靠邊站觀望為上。　　午市跌勢轉急，連一些基金股都跌，如隻創科（00669）質穿20元超賣仍無起色，昨收報19.5元，跌2.5%，又會弱成咁？都不知點解！�指跌穿22600轉弱　　濠賭股銀河娛樂（00027）及金沙中國（01928）昨早反彈，最終午市仍跌，最後收市分別跌2.45%及0.5%，後者最新公布會派發中期息及特別息合共1.64元，有股息支持，但無助跌勢喘定，可見目前大市投資氣氛較為差。年初以來，對大市升跌其實也不太上心，�指衝不破23500而回，大多時間爭持，下周三結算，在臨近結算淡友加強攻勢，力壓之心增強。技術上，�指失守22600，一路弱，下周末能收復的話，順弱勢下關將是回補去年9月21753至22240的上升裂口。阿里巴巴猶如金手指　　個股表現更為散戶上心，熱炒股風又被阿里巴巴出手颳起，中信21世紀（00241）因有阿里巴巴入市，憧憬借殼上市，股價如坐白金升降機，昨一度挾升近5倍見5元高位，收報3.92元，埋單亦急漲3.7倍。咁升法，即時憶起當年盈科借殼得信佳上市，憧憬自必然有。不過，阿里巴巴上市都是為向大家集資�錢，若以借殼形式搞上市，時間長且相信集資額不及發新股上市那麼多，阿里巴巴未必願意。因炒憧憬中信21世紀可變身阿里巴巴，真是如押賭注，押不押睇閣下賭性。阿里巴巴確厲害，近月如金手指一樣，一入股海爾電器（01169）又急升；為擎天軟件（01297）第二大股東，也支持該股股價跑升；與阿里巴巴的阿里雲聯手的中軟（00354），亦乘為中信21世紀構建醫藥信息共享雲而昨搶升13%。阿里巴巴一隻手掌拍不響，還有騰訊（00700）與之擊掌，你買我又買，入股華南城（01668）搞電貿，股價又升過倍，總之兩者相爭，已成漁人得利之局。兩大巨頭，分別招兵買馬，將傳統經濟改造，貼上雲服務，砌上APP包裝，個股好像貼金了，最終是掩眼法，還是真魔法，確是要有時間的考證。正如當年科網股熱潮一樣，貼上網絡業一詞又為市場瘋追捧，十多年過去，究竟多少網絡公司能賺錢，大家心�有數。不得不否認，內地正借移動互聯網結合傳統經濟已是大迷你倉勢，今年勢在阿里巴巴及騰訊攪動下，翻起個股的炒賣熱潮，中到寶，還要懂得及時下車，才是至高境界。聯想高位呈套利回吐　　軟件好，還需硬件配合。聯想（00992）的硬件，手機及伺服器等均是發展所需，公布完收購IBM伺服器後，昨日復牌，股價高見11.28元，收報10.44元，漲1.16%。雖有早年收購IBM的PC業務致初期捱苦經歷，但市場對今次收購IBM的低端伺服器業務連負債又一致讚好。大致認為可望走併購IBM成功之道，與現在業務有協同效應，可以通過成本控制改善效益，最終能擴大市場佔有率，提升聯想的營業額及盈利，中期正面。見股價衝高又未能以全日高位收市，啟示短期已出現套利回吐壓力，中期股價目標12元不變，低位買入的也可以不妨分兩注套利，現價止賺部分以鎖回報也可。中興業績改善趁低吸　　硬件股而言，對中興通訊（00763）的前景也有憧憬。據公司最近公告，預計去年全年實現歸於上市公司股東淨利潤12億至15億元（人民幣．同下），對應每股盈利分別為0.35至0.44元，終扭虧為盈，考究主要原因在包括：集團加強對合同盈利能力的管理、嚴控低毛利率合同的簽訂、國際項目毛利率的改善、國內系統項目營業收入佔比上升及期內嚴控費用（銷售費用、管理費用及研發費用）支出等等。　　去年底中國正式發放4G牌照，盈利面進入轉折點。中移動（00941）預計資本開支從2013年的2,100億元提高到2014年約2,300億元，其中4G投資從200億元提高到750億元。中電信（00728）資本開支預計從800億元提升至2014年約1,000億元，其中4G投資預計從不足50億元提升至約350億元。因沿之前內地開展3G發展時，2009年公司的終端業務毛利率曾高達26%。　　據海通報告指，4G的多模多頻段，以及專利壁壘將成為除中興華為以外的國內終端廠商的進入壁壘，大大減少國內企業的競爭壓力，中興的毛利率有望進一步改善。4G相關產品，在2014年會有較多收入的確認，也帶來公司盈利的前景可塑性。從去年度業績初探，公司的經營效率有所提升，通過組織架構調整、裁員和出售子公司，管理/銷售/研發費用得以控制，相信也消除了投資者的部分疑慮。建議低近15.5元收集中興，目標至少18元，15元止蝕，昨收16.28元。　　idalam@hket.com儲存倉

mini storage產品做到讓使用者「無感」，將是未來產業能否跳級的關鍵因素。所謂的無感，並不是指沒有感動，而是指「沒有操作障礙」。無感產品的典型代表，就是蘋果的i系列產品，直覺式的操作介面，無論是三歲小兒或是70老嫗，不用學習就能上手，蘋果的產品是大家知道的現在進行式，預期未來產品，以穿戴式裝置來說，甚至可能不用操作，透過「體感」就能自動反應。資策會產業情報研究所（MIC）產業顧問洪春暉指出，2014年高科技產業仍處在不確定性較高的大環境中，但在雲端科技和海量資料的帶動下，行動軟體 APP的廣泛運用和穿戴式裝置，很明確地將成為未來的指標性產業。穿戴裝置商機蓬勃這些高科技的應用，將讓使用者毫無感覺地，被包覆在科技智慧生活中。例如現在人手一支的智慧型手機，加上穿戴式裝置，兩者之間可以相互傳訊，直接蒐集使用者的「體感」，然後做出必要反應。例如，使用者的血壓突然飆高以致昏倒，不必操作，手機就能夠直接打電話叫救護車，並透過衛星定位，引導救護車正確抵達地點，醫院還可以利用穿戴裝置的紀錄，直接對症急救。這些便利生活的願景，現在已經是科技產品設計的核心方向，預料將帶動「短距無線通訊」技術的蓬勃發展，如藍牙與感測晶片等市場商機。洪春暉指出，2014年無線藍芽市場可望躍進智慧手持裝置、醫療照護、家電控制、車載產品、安全監控及穿戴裝置等市場。感測器中樞（Sensor Hub）將結合應用處理器（AP），透過感測式晶片、智慧型手機或平板電腦，24小時偵測使用者狀況，將功耗減至最低，帶動感測晶片的發展商機。除了未來的大趨勢，資策會也提出了科技產業立即會面臨的問題，洪春暉認為，未來主要成長動力，仍將以新興地區市場為主，高科技業者除了在高階領域競爭，也不能忽視中低階新興國家的需求，才能獲取較高的成長空間。大陸消費能力提升亞太地區是新興市場的發展焦點，科技產業的布局重心仍著眼於此，其中又以東南亞為主，畢竟相關地區經濟儲存長潛力高，商機值得重視。洪春暉強調，在中國大陸總體環境持續穩定發展下，大陸的消費能力也將持續提升，傳統山寨產品已經轉型為優質平價的白牌商品，包括平價智慧型行動電話、平板電腦等。不但產品規格快速提升，定價又具有市場價格破壞力，大陸白牌商品已經逐漸成為國際市場上不可忽視的新勢力。而優質平價產品的發展，又進一步驅動對供應鏈成本降低的需求，導致既有供應鏈產生更高的價格競爭壓力，因此大陸供應鏈廠商可望趁勢崛起。這是台灣科技業者，不能不重視的一環。4G行動上網的布建和開通，將是今年資通訊產業的發展核心，進入4G時代後，頻寬飆速，雲端的發展趨勢將愈趨明顯，訴求使用者經驗的多元行動應用，將如雨後春筍般浮現，相關硬體終端、軟體與應用服務的商機，對於巨量資料相關技術需求也將逐漸提升。此外，行動裝置的應用軟體APP已經開啟多元應用的想像空間，從行動閱讀、行動影音、行動購物、行動商務等領域，持續向智慧行動生活延伸，並從消費市場拓展至商務市場。創新技術跨界整合洪春暉表示，隨著全球4G技術成熟、終端產品操作更加直覺，以及有線通訊業者持續整合各項服務，通訊產業歸納出「4G擴散、直覺親民、跨界整合」等三大關鍵。資策會MIC資深產業分析師林柏齊指出，由於4G高速上網能取代傳統固網寬頻搭配Wi-Fi上網的空間限制，在智慧型手機搭載Wi-Fi 連網持有比重持續上升的趨勢帶動下，預期虛擬行動網路（MVNO）業者為爭取使用戶，將會催生出「新營運模式」。這些新營運模式，將會朝「新應用突破、新市場拓展、新功能整合、新價值解構、新技術架構、新效能標竿、新直覺體驗、新競爭對手、新生產區位」等方向發展。除了4G行動應用，有線電視業者也正積極推動「新功能整合」，從傳統影音服務轉型為數據服務商，透過整合數位光纖寬頻設備，將能提供完整的影音、數據與語音通訊服務，未來可望持續導入安全監控、家庭自動化等多元應用，搶占智慧家庭商機。迷你倉

傳言終於被證實。昨日早間，聯想集團突然發佈停牌公告，宣佈從上午9時起短暫停止買賣。《華爾街日報》報道稱，聯想集團收購IB M低端服務器業務的交易目前已經接近達成。這是去年4月份之後，市場第二次傳出聯想集團收購IB M低端服務器業務的消息。市場普遍預期，聯想集團這次收購IB M低端服務器業務，很可能已經接近成行。果不其然，昨日下午，聯想發佈公告稱，將以23億美元收購IB M X 86服務器硬件及相關維護服務。聯想此次共支付20 .存倉7億美元現金，並將向IB M發行1.82億股股份。23億美元的價格，也創下了聯想的收購之最。對於這次收購，聯想集團董事長楊元慶表示，這一收購將給聯想每年帶來新增的50億美元營收，X 86服務器市場份額將從第六名上升為第三名。不過，聯想集團競購IB M低端服務器業務即便能夠取得成功，也存在交易難度，原因是此舉會引來美國政府的安全審查，最終導致交易進程放緩甚至最終流產。“再追”IB M低端服務器本周二，聯想集團在香港股票交易所發佈公告表示，該公司正在就一項潛在收購進行初步談判，但沒有明確指出談判涉及服務器業務。聯想同時表示，目前尚未達成交易。昨日，聯想集團突然停牌，至昨日下午，聯想集團發佈公告，證實了這一收購消息。其實，早在去年4月份，市場就傳出消息稱，聯想與IB M就收購後者全部或部分X 86服務器業務進行過談判，但由於價格上的分歧，雙方未達成交易。全球服務器市場年規模高達600多億美元，如果以營業額計，惠普市場份額最高，為28%；IB M和戴爾的市場份額分別為23%和16%。IBM的服務器業務年營業額在150億美元左右，低端服務器業務占據了三分之一的營收。不過，IB M的硬件業務最近一年以來表現低迷，越來越成為IB M的包袱。就像當年出售PC業務一樣，出售低端服務器業務，專注于軟件和服務業務，將是IBM的不二選擇。知名IT觀察人士郭海濤在接受南都記者採訪時就表示，聯想在PC端已經成為業界一哥，這兩年又發力智能手儲存和平板市場。但對於聯想來說，在企業級計算市場上(特別是服務器領域)，聯想與惠普、戴爾等廠商的差距依然較大。聯想企盼能補齊這塊短板，而收購IB M低端服務器業務，將是最佳途徑之一。“一方面，聯想有意收購；另一方面，IB M也有意出售硬件業務，加上此前在PC業務上的成功案例，所以這次並購成行並不讓人意外。”安全審查或成攔路虎覬覦IB M低端服務器業務的，除了聯想，還有戴爾和富士通。對於戴爾來說，如果能收購IB M的低端服務器業務，將使其有望能與惠普一較高下，並進一步提升其在企業級計算市場的競爭力；富士通也希望能通過收購IB M低端服務器業務，改變自身業務不斷收縮的困境，擴充其國際市場的份額。但是，目前戴爾忙於私有化，而富士通由於經營狀況不佳，兩者都很難與如日中天的聯想集團爭奪，最終IB M低端服務器業務花落聯想，也就不足為奇。不過，即便聯想與IB M雙方達成了收購協議，這個交易要順利實施，也面臨諸多問題，而首當其沖的，就是政府層面的安全審查，需要得到美國國會和外國投資委員會的批准。前美國貿易代表、馬里蘭大學公共政策教授蘇珊·施瓦布也表示，幾乎任何一家跨國公司對收購美國企業感興趣，可能都會引發美國外國投資委員會的詳查。而隨著中國對美國投資的不斷增長，已經引發了美國國內有關國家安全顧慮的擔憂。如今，中國也借此超越英國，成為被美國就安全問題詳查最多的國家。按照慣例，企業通常先尋求美國外國投資委員會(CFIU S)的批准，而後完成交易。通常，該委員會在30天內批准或否定交易，或者發起為期45天的安全調查。一向穩健的聯想昨日公告了這一收購，表明聯想集團對這次收購獲得CFIU S批准十分有信心。美國律師事務所V inson& E lkinsLLP反壟斷律師比利·維格道爾撰文指出，2005年美國當局批准聯想收購IB MP C業務，是因為P C製造業已不是高科技，如今，X 86服務器也已不屬於高科技產品和技術，因此，審查門檻要低很多。採寫：南都記者 高凌雲迷你倉

在最近的熱門話題中，互聯網金融以及電子商貿絕對名列前茅。隨著中國網民近年來井噴式的增長，越來越多的消費者開始運用互聯網或移動設備在網上購物，這令中國的電子商貿正在逐漸成長為新的消費勢力、新的市場並提供新的就業機會。　仲量聯行發布最新的《中國電子商務市場白皮書》預計，到2020年，中國網購規模將超過1萬億美元，超越世界上其他國家；屆時，中國消費者網購商品的總價值將達到當今世界第16大經濟體的規模。目前，中國電子商務市場總規模已約1300億美元，僅次於美國位居世界第二。　而另據中國互聯網絡信息中心（CNNIC）早前發佈的報告顯示，截至2013底，中國網購用戶規模已達3.迷利倉02億，按年大增24.7%，接近去年美國3.162億的全國人口。過去一年中，受惠於智能手機的快速發展及日益發達的網絡應用程式，團購用戶的規模也有了大幅度的增長，成為2013年增長最快的商務類應用，達到1.41億，相比2012年上升68.9%。團購的使用率達22.8%，相比2012年增加8個百分點。報告稱，商務類應用的高速發展與支付、物流的完善以及整體環境的推動有密切關係，而團購出現「逆轉」增長，意味著在經歷了野蠻增長後的洗牌，團購已經進入理性發展時期。　報告並指出，網購用戶規模的增長得益於以下三個因素：首先，電商企業開始從「價格驅動」轉向「服務驅動」，企業從單純的價格戰轉向服務競爭，提升了網絡購物的消費體驗；其次，整體應用環境的優化，如網絡安全環境的改善迷你倉移動支付、比價搜索等應用發展，為網購創造更為便利的條件；最後，網絡購物法規的逐步完善。2013 年政府加快了網絡零售市場的立法進程，新《消費者權益保護法》將網絡購物相關的個人資訊保護、追溯責任等內容納入，保障了消費者網路購物的基本權益。　另據大摩早前走訪在美國上市的幾家中國互聯網公司所發佈的問答報告中也顯示，中國的移動互聯網服務處於健康的發展階段。中國最大網上圖書銷售平台的CFO表示，中國的電商市場已開始變得理性，供應商不再以非理性價格供貨。　大摩還觀察到，將互聯網服務變成收費的過程將進入拐點（Inflection point），不少網企更關注如何把網上服務收費化。例如當當網將推出更個人化的手機版本，以應對更多人喜歡使用手機上網的趨勢，爭取藉此提高銷售額；優酷也將計劃將焦點轉移至用戶提供內容及自行製作的內容，賺取內容贊助費及提供其它收費選擇；奇虎也計劃將於未來爭取仿效百度以關鍵詞搜索排名競價的收費方式以增加營業額。種種跡象顯示，網上服務可能再非免費時代，手機上網、手遊與支付平台均是互聯網公司步向盈利時代的重要轉折點。　此外，另有大摩分析師指，隨著互聯網與我們日常生活的關係越來越密切，其盈利模式也會越來越豐富。分析師稱，互聯網行業的最大機會，來自於傳統行業的互聯網化，例如電子商務短短幾年就顛覆了傳統百貨，天貓「雙十一」的單日銷量就超過了中國前十名單體百貨年銷售之和。相信隨著移動互聯網的滲透，傳統行業的大規模變革已經開始。自存倉

He was Bashara's personal attorney, and Valente's attorney, Henry Scharg, wants items seized returned.Wayne County Circuit Court Judge Vonda Evans raised her voice when discussing why another judge signed a search warrant in a case she is overseeing.Evans said the matter was before her in September, but prosecutors went to Wayne County Circuit Judge Michael Hathaway to get a search warrant signed. She called the move "troubling.""I am the presiding judge over this trial,' Evans said. Source: Erie Times-News, Pa.迷你倉Jan. 23--WATERFORD -- Access to new markets, the availability of an empty facility and abundant raw materials -- they were all reasons for Minnesota-based KLN Family Brands to buy the former Troyer Farms plant.But there was another, more important consideration.Company officials, who expect to be making chips and other snacks by late spring, say a pool of experienced workers is what sealed the deal.Family-owned KLN, which also makes candy and pet food in its other divisions, makes a variety of salty snacks under the name Barrel O'Fun Snack Foods.The Barrel O'Fun plant in Waterford will focus on kettle-cooked potato chips, extruded snacks, popcorn and, eventually, caramel corn.The company, which makes mostly private label chips and other snacks, expects to hire 80 to 100 employees initially and is likely to quickly increase that number to 150, said Kevin Keil, the company's general manager.But the growth might not end there.The company expects it could quickly outgrow the 160,000-square-foot building in Waterford Township.The existing building is being renovated for the installation of new equipment. Eventually, Keil said, the company plans to expand production into a new facility and convert the existing building to a warehouse.That could boost employment at the plant to as high as 250 or 300 people.Charlie Nelson, vice president of sales and marketing and one of the company's owners, said the location held a geographic appeal for his company, which has a plant in Phoenix in addition to its main facility in Perham, Minn."We knew we needed to be out east in general," he said. "Freight is a challenge for us, especially with shipping salty snacks. It's a very light product, and you have to be near the population base."The Waterford location also gives the plant ready access to potatoes, hundreds of acres of which are grown in the Waterford area.That wasn't thmini storage most important consideration, however."Certainly the most appealing to us are the people," said Nelson, whose company employs about 1,250. "We will be able to bring on people who have some experience and know what they're doing. That's the key for us."John Elliott, president of the Greater Erie Industrial Development Corp., which is seeking permits for a $7 million project to build an on-site water-treatment plant and to extend municipal water to the plant, said he's been impressed by KLN."There are a couple things that really impress me," he said. "I came to appreciate the way they treat their employees, and their customer satisfaction speaks to the quality of the company and its management."Company officials aren't saying exactly how much the new jobs will pay.Keil did say that pay would be above minimum wage and that the company offers an extensive package of benefits that includes health insurance, paid vacations, a 401(k) retirement plan, profit-sharing and housing loans for employees with more than three years of tenure.The company's attention to environmental sustainability and the well-being of its employees is reflected in a name change made several years ago to KLN Family Brands, Nelson said."We try to stress family in everything we do," he said. "Our people work hard, and we have a lot of loyalty to them. We do try to care about our employees and have them benefit from our growth."Nelson said he's hopeful that an experienced workforce will help make the company a success."We certainly hope to start working closely with people who have some experience in what we do," he said. "We can all trace our backgrounds, except for very, very few of us, from land and countries across the world."So why is it refugees, who come to Greeley mostly from east Africa, southeast Asia and central America, are so misunderstood?"They are newest members of our community," said Witwer to a crowd of several dozen who had gathered to hear what the community is doing to help the fast-growing population of residents in Greeley.Witwer also wanted to show people that today's refugees are not much different than our own grandparents and great-grandparents."Many are from countries quite different from ours, whether that is climate, government, cultures, religion or history," he said. "But each have their own story."The forum focused on what Greeley-Evans School District 6 is doing to help the children, who in some cases have no education and can't read or write even in their own language.Joe Wisemann-Horther of the Colorado Refugees Services Program, said the U.S. has a long legacy of providing sanctuary to refugees. The newest group just looks different than the European descendants of the past.Last year, there were 15.4 million refugees worldwide. The U.S. took in just under 70,000 of those, more than any other country, but still only a fraction of the population.Greeley is what is known as a secondary migration area, where refugees who were originally placed elsewhere have relocated because of the opportunity for employment here. JBS Swift employs many of the refugees in Greeley."Many choose to come to Greeley," Wisemann-Horther said. "I think they benefit from that and Greeley benefits from that."Marte Samuelstuen, Jessica Cooney and Laura DeGroote, who work exclusively with refugee students at Greeley's three traditional high schools, outlined programs such as Newcomers, Advancement Via Individual Determination, El Teatro, and several others that help students."It has been fabulous to watch some of our students who come with limited academic experiences rise up and succeed," DeGroote said. "It is such a privilege to work with these students who are captivated and want to learn."Three refugee graduates of the district also spoke to the crowd and explained how hard it was for them when they first arrived and what it meant to them to have teachers like Cooney an迷你倉旺角 DeGroote.Sadiyo Adan, who came to Greeley at 15 from Somalia, told the crowd how she would go home at night and read the dictionary to improve her English skills. Today, she is studying nursing at Aims Community College.Khai Tha Zin OO didn't even understand a simple "hi" when she arrived at 14 from Thailand, but graduated from West in 2013 with a 3.9 grade point average and now is a freshman at the University of Northern Colorado and working four jobs. And Shaban Mohamed was 17 when he moved to the U.S. from Kenya and is now in college."Teachers rarely get to say they admire a student," Cooney said. "But this young man I admire. When he got here he didn't even know how to hold a pair of scissors. To think he went from that to college. That is not just drive, but intelligence."Mohamed is now studying to be a teacher at UNC and working two jobs. He wants to return to Kenya some day."I want to go back and help people in Kenya learn English," he said.The stories never end. The forum also included about 30 minutes of round table discussions with current students in the district.One girl, a junior at Greeley Central High School, told her table how her parents and brothers came from Africa before her and her sister. The girls remained in a refugee camp with their grandparents until they could leave safely.Another girl explained how her family fled Eritrea in East Africa quickly without her brother -- who had been taken from the family and forced to be a soldier -- because they were going to throw her mother in jail and kill her father if they didn't leave.She is hoping to reunite with that brother, who is now in Israel.Cooney said the students' English skills are strong because of the intensive English Language Acquisition classes they get during the day. It is what teachers focus on most with the students to get them caught up.Wisemann-Horther closed the forum by asking the crowd to embrace refugees and educate others in Greeley about them."These are young people who take the risk to tell the narrative of their journey," Wisemann-Horther said. "They are brave to continue to talk about that to people who have a hard time understanding why they don't understand (our culture and way of life)."Wisemann-Horther said the list of new things refugees have to understand is huge. For instance, a bed, which one boy said was too soft compared to what he was accustomed to. So he slept on the floor instead."Talk to everybody who wasn't here, and let them know what a fantastic job District 6 is doing for these students," he said. Source: Albuquerque Journal, N.儲存M.Jan. 23--The State Police officer exonerated last week by a Santa Fe Grand Jury following his fatal shooting of a Santa Fe woman after he stopped her car with a "bumping" maneuver used that same driving tactic in a previous incident.Officers Oliver Wilson and Jerry Arnold were patrolling last summer when they started pursuing a vehicle that had been stolen in Taos, according to a search warrant affidavit filed recently in state District Court.According to the affidavit, the officers chased the vehicle on U.S. 84/285 on July 2 using emergency lights and sirens but it failed to pull over. The vehicle took a Pojoaque exit and the driver tried to get back onto the highway when Wilson used what police call a PIT (pursuit intervention technique) maneuver to stop the car, the same spinout tactic used by Wilson to stop Jeanette Anaya's car in Santa Fe on Nov. 7.In that case, Wilson had tried to pull Anaya over for a traffic stop, although his dash-cam video later showed no obvious traffic violations by Anaya. Instead of stopping, Wilson -- who had cocaine in her system and an outstanding arrest warrant for a minor offense -- sped off and led Wilson on a high-speed chase.After Wilson used the PIT maneuver to stop Anaya off Camino Carlos Rey, Wilson fired 16 shots and struck Ana-ya twice when she backed her car up and hit Wilson's patrol car. Wilson, who was outside of the patrol car at this point, said he was nearly hit by Ana-ya's car and feared for his life迷你倉when he fired the shots. Last week, a grand jury cleared him of any wrongdoing in the fatal shooting.One question in the Ana-ya case is whether Wilson obtained required permission to use the PIT maneuver to stop Anaya.In the Pojoaque incident on July 2, the vehicle spun out after Wilson's PIT tactic and rolled backwards, stopping against a dirt embankment. The driver got out and ran away with officer Arnold chasing on foot. Arnold lost sight of the driver in an arroyo.The passenger, Ben Ortiz, 50, stayed in the vehicle and was arrested on outstanding shoplifting warrants and for failing to follow probation conditions, the documents said.Officers got a search warrant and recovered DNA samples from a Dr. Pepper bottle and a cigarette butt found in the stolen vehicle, according to the arrest warrant affidavit.The DNA samples matched that of Ortiz and two other prior offenders, Roger Vigil and Urias Andrew Valdez. But a letter from a forensic lab said prior DNA samples in the state database are not evidence and a new sample was needed. So a second search warrant was obtained to get a DNA sample from Valdez, who was in the Los Alamos jail on unrelated charges. Officers took a new sample from the incarcerated Valdez on Jan. 13.
