A big favorite was tangyuan, or glutinous rice dumplings.ìI always love tangyuan sold on Qibaoís old streets,î said tourist Pei Qinruo. ìAnd Chinese New Year is time for eating the snack because it symbolizes family reunions.îAnother attraction in the district is the Jinjiang Amusement Park, though it has been somewhat been eclipsed by the newer, glitzier Happy Valley theme park in the Songjiang District.
